Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grate faucet I bought it this month and I'm so happy with it. I have a couple of them already in my house. Also you have warranty on it and if for some reason you need support they have good customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucet I own two of these faucets (about seven years old) and love them. Based of those two I purchased this new on for a bathroom remodel. Great looking faucet and I expect excellent performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta Windemere faucet Nice oil rubbed bronze finish and quality machined parts. The faucet works perfect with no play or wobble in the individual faucet. The Pop up drain assembly has a tight fit with no leakage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks gorgeous I installed this faucet myself recently. The faucet looks gorgeous in our bathroom as all of the other fixtures are also oil-rubbed bronze. The faucet was relatively easy to install. The only reason I am not giving this facet a 5-star rating is because the instruction sheet is out of date. The instruction sheet indicates that the nuts that secure the faucet handles in place under the counter require a screwdriver to tighten the two set screws. However, this newer version of the faucet does not have set screws. It has threaded metal inserts that require tightening with a 3/32" allen wrench. This change should be noted in the instructions - better yet, a 3/32" allen wrench should be included in the kit. Also, there is a black plastic "box" mounted on the copper hot water line. It needs to be removed in order to install the hot water handle into the counter top. No where in the instruction manual is this piece mentioned or depicted, and there are no instructions to remove it. I had to call the store where I purchased the faucet to verify with their expert that my hunch was correct that this piece needed to be cut off before I installed the faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta Windmere Bathroom Faucet On third installation and spout still leaks. Not very happy to say the least. First installation was by a professional plumber.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good faucet choice We used 8" spacing, so it is easy to clean around the valves. The high arch spigot makes it easy to fill bottles. The lock nuts supplied to secure the valves to the countertops were plastic. I stripped one during install so had to purchase metal replacement nuts from a plumbing supply store.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice fixture I wanted to replace a Delta faucet on an existing whirlpool tub with one with a different finish. I did not want to have to get a plumber to replace the valves, an expensive job. I also wanted matching sink faucets, shower fixtures, towel racks, etc. This limited my selection. This tub faucet replaced the original with little effort and looks much better than the old one. The style is OK, but there were others from Delta I liked better, but they did not offer a complete collection. Price was affordable, much better than the retail stores near me. Overall I am pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Line We installed two of these faucet sets 3 years ago when we had our bathroom remodeled. The person who mounted them left a lot of play in the faucet instead of tightening it down. I was refilling my waterbed with a hose hooked up to the closest faucet. When the hose got yanked by someone tripping over it, it pulled the faucet to about a 45 degree, and I noticed it was leaking under the sink. After it was looked at by a plumber, he informed me that where it was leaking was actually broken and we would need a new fixture. I was so pleased when I went to Lowes and found the same style still being stocked. I decided to reinstall it myself, which was pretty easy. The connectors Delta uses are nice to work with with their ingenious connection process. I highly recommend.

I removed this sink from my previous bathroom and planned to use it again after the remodel. We installed a granite countertop and the shank for the faucet is not long enough to attach the washer and the nut. Is there a way to address this?

Asked by: John
Hi, John. Thank you for your question. The maximum deck thickness for this Delta 35996LF-BN-ECO is 1 1/8" (29 mm). Unfortunately, we do not have a thick deck kit available for this faucet to make the shank longer for a thicker countertop. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do I identify the model for my Delta Windmere 2-handle faucet set that is approx 5-years old and what size allen wrench to remove faucet handle?

Asked by: Den
Thank you for your question, Den. You have the model 3575-SSMPU-DST or 3575LF-SS. Please note that these take different internal parts, but both require a 3/32" Allen wrench to remove the handle. The DST model has long dark gray PEX supply lines. The LF model will have copper supplies coming down from the faucet. Best regards, Jon

How to remove aerator when it is inside the spout? Like the Windemere bathroom faucet.

Asked by: Jim B
Thank you for your question, Jim B! The aerator for this model simply unscrews counter-clockwise. If this does not unscrew easily, you may need to cover the aerator with a soft cloth and gently use an adjustable wrench. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us directly. Windemere bathroom faucet - is there a trick to remove the areator?

Tried to unscrew it by hand and had no luck. I am a little afraid to use pliers and possibly bend it
Asked by: edDelta
edDelta, Thank you for your question! The aerator should unscrew by hand. However, there may be mineral buildup causing it to stick. Please try soaking it using a rag with a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution for about 15 minutes, then rinse and wipe with a soft cloth. You can also use a flat rubber jar opener to help grip the aerator. Best regards, Jon

How can I remove plugger

I dropped earring in the sink. I want to remove plugger to see if I can retrieve it. Also the plugger appear to be dirty and want to clean if possible.
Asked by: Dave
Thank you for your question, Dave. To remove the stopper, first unscrew the nut on the back of the drain and pull out the horizontal rod. You can then pull the stopper out of the drain flange. However, you may need to disconnect the P trap to locate the earring. Best regards, Jon

how do you remove the quick connect?

Water outlet on this faucet was installed with the split side of the washer under the top to the wrong side. How do we take the quick connect off so that we can move the washer around?
Asked by: KK
Hi KK, Thank you for your question. To remove the hose, hose has two tabs that can be pinched together like a clothes pin. Push up slightly on the hose with one hand at the same time you are pinching the two tabs together to release the hose. You should then be able to pull down on the hose with your other hand. Could this faucet be installed in a sink that calls for a 4" mini-spread faucet?

Asked by: Kerry
Hi, Kerry! Thank you for your question. The Delta 35996LF-OB-ECO cannot be installed in a 4" center sink. The faucet works in a 3-hole 6"-16" installation. Best Regards, Rosanna
