What is the difference between the 501-DST and the 501LF-HDF besides the handle?

need wrench RP60730

low flow at faucet (when plumbing was started up). plumber expects that debris in line is clogging aerator. plumber advises that I need to get wrench RP 60730 to properly disassemble / clean / reinstall aerator faucets were part of modular package (trailer) that was shipped to NJ jobsite. Can I buy this wrench on line? is it readily available at plumbing supply house?
