Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet, replace yours today! This Delta lavatory faucet is excellent! It has been in use in the master bath since a recent remodeling. I installed it on a granite counter top where it looks and performs great! Installation was easier than previous ones. The pre-attached supply lines are an excellent feature.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mid Grade Faucet Overall a good performing faucet, metal handle, however, the faucet body is plastic. At this price range, I would expect a solid metal faucet body. Easy install, customer likes the unit, as a professional in the industry, I would expect a higher quality body.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another home run The only reason I don't give this 5* on design is, it is just your basic run of the mill faucet. However the performance and quality is top notch. If your on a budget but still want something that can out perform some of the higher end Delta faucets this is a great pick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great replacement I purchased a Delta Faucet about 8 years ago and it worked really well until the other day. It had a small internal leak. I called Delta and exclaimed the problem and they sent me a new one without any hassle whatsoever. The new one is even more attractive and works with greater ease. It is also easier to clean. I cannot say enough about how well Delta stands behind their lifetime warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality I bought two of these faucets to replace two 15 year old Kohler faucets in the kids bathroom. I like the lever style for kids instead of separate handles. It feels very solid and the stream is excellent. No play in the handle; excellent components. Love the finish!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mold Mildew and Dirt Accumulates in Two Seams of Faucet Body I deeply regret purchasing the Model 520-DST due to the mildew, mold and debris that accumulates in the seams of the body of the faucet on both sides of the handle. It is a constant battle to keep these areas clean to modern standards. They are very difficult to clean properly. A solid body like the Model 525 faucets I had before are a much better designed product for ease of proper cleaning. Delta can do better than this!

What does 50/50 pop up mean?

Asked by: djmew
Hi, djmew! Thank you for your question. The 50/50 Pop Up is in regards to the Pop Up Drain assembly. 50/50 refers to 50% plastic and 50% metal parts for the pop up assembly. Best Regards, Rosanna

Why is this faucet (Delta 520DST) SO LOUD? I had this installed yesterday and last night I could hear it running all the way on the other end of the house. I have never heard a faucet be this loud.

Asked by: Redgl
Hi, Redgl. Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. We do recommend to try a few things to fix the noise issue. First, clean the aerator and check for debris. Unscrew the aerator counterclockwise to remove, using the wrench provided and soak in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution. You can soak for an our or even overnight. Also try flushing the valve to make sure no debris has gotten stuck inside the faucet that maybe causing the noise. To flush:Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. If you need further help with this process, please contact us directly and we can walk you through the procedure. We are available at 800-345-3358 (prompt 2, then 3), Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturday, 9am to 6pm CST. Best Regards, Rosanna

We have a customer that can not get the faucet handle to turn off all the way. Have you had any problems with this? It doesn't quite turn off completely leaving the faucet to drip.

Asked by: rsplumbing
Hi, rsplumbing. Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. There is a bonnet nut that is holding the cartridge down, underneath your handle. We recommend to tighten the bonnet nut to stop the leak. To do this, turn the water off at your shut off valve. Remove the handle. Tighten the bonnet by turning clockwise, to the right. Install the handle back on and turn the water back on. Test the faucet. If the faucet still leaks, we recommend to replace both the valve cartridge assembly, RP50587, and the bonnet nut, RP51503. Best Regards, Rosanna

Need gasket (between sink and faucet) for 500-DST

Asked by: Bo Rosberg
Hi, Bo, Thank you for you for your question! The gasket between the sink and the faucet is not a replaceable part on it's own. It is not needed if you use silicon sealant around the faucet, sealing the base. Best Regards, Rosanna

Is stainless in the bath faucet the same as the artic in the kitchen finish ?

Faucet being considered are the 470-dst and bath 520-dst
Asked by: webster
Thank you for your question. There are subtle differences between the Stainless Steel and the Artic Stainless. The Artic Steel has a blue undertone and it is a closer match to most stainless steel applicances.
