Rated 3 out of 5 by from Plastic We updated our bath and bought all top-of-the-line fixtures, but when I inspected the hand shower there were plastic pieces on it, not all metal as the rest of the faucets. Received a line from Delta that it made the unit safer, nice try. but for $200 I expected better quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More plastic than expected. After receiving the wall adapter for this unit, I expected the wand to be more substantial. It is plastic. The hose is also surprisingly rigid, which makes it a little unruly as it will not hang down. Maybe with time it will "relax," but for now it intrudes into the shower space and is a little annoying. It does look good with the matching shower head/body jet trim kit, so all in all I am happy with our new shower setup.

Getting too old to raise my hand up to turn the hand shower on and off. What do you have to replace this?

Asked by: Jim
Hi Jim, Thank you for your question. Apart from our shower arm diverters, all other diverters would require additional plumbing behind the wall. You would need the following products: Diverter rough-in valve: http://www.deltafaucet.com/bath/details/r11000.html 3-Setting diverter trim: http://www.deltafaucet.com/bath/details/t11855-rb.html Supply elbow: http://www.deltafaucet.com/bath/details/50560-rb.html Best regards, Jon
