Delta 54613 - Shower Mount Bracket

I'm looking for the replacement part of the piece that the shower head goes into. I uploaded a pic. Its a chrome finish.
Asked by: Kenny
Hi Kenny, Thank you for your question. The shower arm mount that you currently have is no longer available. The direct replacement for the mount is the U3401-PK. Best regards, Jon

Mounts way too high

We had a custom tile shower stall installed. The hand shower head comes out of the wall about 70" high. Unfortunately the handle fits into the holding bracket at the bottom of the handle raising the spray head about 8" higher then where it comes out of the wass. This caused the spray to hit way to the back of the shower which means if we stand at the back of the shower the spray hits us at neck level. Is there any workaround to bring the spray area down? I have adjusted it as low as it will go. I appreciate any help you might be able to supply us with.

Hi Rap, Thank you for your question! There is no other adjustment on your 54613. You would have to change the mount completely. Below are the current mounts we offer. Best regards, Brandis

We have just purchased the Delta54613 hand held shower head. This has three function spray. Which functions does this model have?

I prefer the shampoo rinsing function and a strong full body rinse. If this has neither what model can you recommend? Thanks
Asked by: Bobbie
Hi Bobbie, Thank you for your question. The model 54613 hand shower offers a full body spray, massaging spray, and a soft drench spray. Our 7 setting hand shower 59345-PK, and 9 setting hand shower 54424-PK offer the full body spray and shampoo rinsing spray among their selections. Thanks, Dave

How to clean Delta shower heads, shower mount hand showers

How do you recommend cleaing water spots off of Delta 54613 and Delta back plates that have hard water spots.
Asked by: Janice
Hi Janice, Thank you for your question. We recommend that you always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes Avoid bleach-based cleaners Showerheads: Touch-clean® Shower Heads - wipe the face of the shower head (rubber nubbins) to loosen and break away deposits. Non Touch-clean shower heads or stubborn deposits - unscrew the shower head and soak it in a 50/50 vinegar and water solution for several hours. For stubborn deposits, rub with a toothbrush. Thanks, Dave
