What faucet(s) can replace this without drilling new holes?
We have these faucets in 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have hand-made custom tile on the counters and we don't want to drill any additional holes for fear of ruining the custom tile. After 15 years, these faucets can't be repaired and need to be replaced (due to persistent leaks). We are contemplating the 1980-DST Pilar Single Handle Bar faucet in the bathrooms as the holes seem to match. Do you have any other suggestions?
Hi Janet, Thank you for your question. The model 550 would have required a 3 hole, 4" centers installation. The model 1980-DST requires only 2 holes. Any of our 4" centerset lavatory faucets should fit your countertop. You can use the following link to narrow down your choices. Make sure to check centerset under installation type.
