Rated 5 out of 5 by from the faucet looks great in my remodeled bathroom II have MS, so it is nice to adjust the temp and just leave it there for future uses without having to readjust it each time I use the faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like the finish I have MS , so I prefer single handle fixtures for the kitchen and bathrooms. I can leave the temperature selected as is and just turn it on and off, plus it looks great!

Clearance at back of sink

How much space is required between the center hole of the sink and the wall?
Asked by: Susie
Hi Susie, Thank you for your question. We recommend that the center of the installation hole be 2 1/2" from the back splash. Best regards, Jon

Can the screen be removed, does it unscrew? If so, by hand?

I need to shock my well with chlorine to kill the bacteria that has built up in the water line, causing my water to smell like rotten eggs. When I do this it loosens small particles of rust which cling to the sides of the water line. This is from the iron in the water. I usually have to remove faucet screens and clean them with vinegar. I have studied the end of the faucet model 555 and it looks like it should unscrew, but I'm afraid to try doing so until I know for sure it will w/o causing damage to the fixture. This is a new fixture installed after I last shocked the well.

Dear Bonnie, Thank you for your question. Yes, the aerator on the end of the spout of the Delta Victorian Lavatory 555LF-SS faucet, does unscrew counter clock-wise to remove for cleaning. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-L-555LF.pdf Best regards, Tanya

How do I get the handle off?

The knob on our handle broke off and delta sent me a new faucet handle but I don't know how to get the old one off.
Asked by: Matt
Hi Matt, Thank you for your question. With the spindle removed as pictured you need to unscrew the set screw that is holding the handle onto the stem adapter. The set screw is accessed through where the spindle was removed. Here is a link to the parts breakdown for the model 555LF-CZ that will help with the repair. http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/555lf-cz.html?document=pd&fromDetailArea=bath&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper Thanks, Dave
