Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upgraded bathroom faucet I am really enjoying this Delta 465-MPU-DST bathroom faucet. only one handle to control the temperature of the water. really nice and it also looks very attractive with my décor. Says it has a pop up drain assembly but mind didn't come with the pop up, not sure why, was very surprised that it didn't.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Disappointed with the finish We bought two Delta Ashlyn shower sets, a tub set, and 2 faucets for our bathroom remodels. Love the style, operation, modern look. And we know Delta is a great brand. But, I am disappointed in how it spots after using. All of these items really seem to hold onto water spots -- they are removed with a microfiber cloth but I really didn't intend to have to do this after every use. I've had other high-end brands of shower systems (Jado, Moen, Kohler) and have not had this problem. We do not have especially hard water either. Is this something that will improve over time?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ashlyn Faucet The faucet feels very sturdy and well made. Moving the lever is easy. We don't have the faucet hooked up yet but I love the finish on it and I am confident of it's quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Drain is not a pop up as stated! The faucet came with a standard Rear rod lift for the drain and it comes way to close to my back splash to operate properly. Now I must buy a true pop up and have it installed if I keep the faucet which is quite nice and works well. Any suggestions

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This faucet has a contemporary look but it can also be used in a Southwest or Tuscan setting as well. I have purchased the oil rubbed bronze for clients and am getting ready to purchase the same faucet in a brillant stainless. I truly like the lines of the Ashlyn line and it has a great price point. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Modern look Faucet made of good quality material. Only drawback is that it is a little hard to adjust the flow and mixture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Transitional lines I have used the Delta Ashlyn line in several of my design renovations. It has clean lines yet gives a transitional look with the slight curve of the design. This works well for many of my clients as we are working on updates throughout their homes. I will be using this product again on future jobs!

what are the two extra tubes for?

there's four tubes coming out - looks like two supply lines plus two more that just get connected together? Whats that?
Asked by: john
Hello John, Thank you for your question! That is an outlet connector and spout hose as explained the instructions for this model. It is present because of the design and shape of the faucet.

Does the lever have a small turn radius?

We recently received this faucet and noticed the lever has a very small turn radius. It seems it would be very difficult to control the temperature with such a small radius. Is this by design and is the lever sensitive to small adjustments?

How long is the spout from the faucet to the edge?

I need to know how long the spout is so I can determine how far the spout sits over the sink.
Asked by: ChrisfromLI
Hi Chris, Thank you for your question. The spout on the model 564-SSMPU-DST measures 5-1/8" from the faucet center to the middle of the water stream. Here is a link to the spec sheet. http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/564-ssmpu-dst.html?document=ts&fromDetailArea=bath&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper Thanks, Dave

Any difference in quality/construction based on the retailer?

Hi, is there any difference in this faucet purchased from a big box store like Lowe's as compared to a plumbing supply store like Ferguson? My plumber told me that the ones at Lowe's use cheaper materials, and the much lower price at Lowe's than even the cheapest online plumbing supply store supports this, but they appear to have the exact same model number and specs. Also, does it carry the same warranty from Delta regardless of where it was purchased?
Asked by: Kren
Hi, Kren! Thank you for your question. The 564-SSMPU-DST will be the same exact make and quality where ever you choose to purchase the faucet at. The Lifetime Limited Warranty is the same regardless of where you choose to buy the faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna

The Hit water flow is weak and not very hot . Could you tell me if there is an adjustment I do not see?

Asked by: PJW5
Hi, PJW5! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with your Delta faucet. There is an adjustment to be able to make your faucet give hotter water. To do this, remove your handle and you will find the stem of the cartridge assembly. There is a switch on the cartridge located above the stem. Switch this to the left side. This will allow the hottest water. This will not adjust the flow for your hot water, however. For low flow at your hot side, we recommend to flush the supply lines for the flow issue. Over time, common water debris will settle in the house supply lines. Anytime the water is shut off to a portion of the home, this debris can become dislodged and will move through the pipes to be caught by a faucet. Local construction or the changing of the seasons can also cause this. Flushing the supply lines through the unit should remedy this situation. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. If you still have issues, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best Regards, Rosanna

I really had my mind made up and wish could still buy the Ashlynn single handle lav faucet Told by marble installer specialist that the pull out angle type of drain stop lever will not have enough space from tile of back wall. We will have 20 inch deep vanity counter and undermount sink and 13/16 thick marble splash. What to do. He said many people have same issues. Only can use top drain stop handle or pull handle that goes straight up. ASAP. Ths
Asked by: Honorine
Hi Honorine, Thank you for your question. The faucet requires a 1 1/4" minimum clearance to the backsplash. It may help to use a flexible lift rod such as the RP75526 in your installation. http://www.deltafaucet.com/repairparts/details/rp75526.html Alternatively, you can install a push pop-up assembly and cap the lift rod hole on the back of the spout with the included button. http://www.deltafaucet.com/search/results.html?q=push+pop+Chrome&num=20 Best regards, Jon
