Rated 1 out of 5 by from The water flow is awefule I think a ten dollar faucet would have been better. We have had this 8 months and we have no water at all. No one carries a cartage. What a price of garbage. If I had a way I would get my money. Yes it looks good but heck if it works.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Finish Problems with this Model After 6 months, this faucet had developed two patches where the finish has rubbed off. Looks terrible. Have reached out to Delta to see what options are available to us. I can't imagine what the faucets will look like over a year's time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful to look at and fun to watch We just renovated the master bathroom and used these in brushed nickel for the sinks, they are beautiful both in and not in use. The water flow was too restrictive at first, causing the water to land on the drain, and splash all over you. Per the instructions, there is a small plastic piece about the size of a pencil eraser inside of the faucet, once that was removed the water flowed perfectly, the only down side to not having that piece in is that the volume of water decreases when you go from warm (center) to only hot or cold. Cons - They have been installed for about a month now and you can start to see lines in the channel where the water comes out from water drying in there. the brushed nickel shows water spots and finger smudges, its not as bad as Chrome, but not nearly as good of a finish as was on my old delta brass faucets.

What soap dispenser would best match the 568LF-SSMPU Ara Lavatory Faucet?

Asked by: George
Dear George, Thank you for your question. The Delta Ara Lavatory 568LF-SSMPU faucet does not have a matching soap designed for a bathroom installation. The 75055-SS is the only Lavatory Soap/Lotion Dispenser we make. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/75055-SS Best regards, Tanya

Is it normal for water to always be sitting in the trough when faucet is not in use?

Doing a bathroom remodel and just had this faucet put in. After the water is turned off, the front 2/3 of the trough has water remaining in it - which would mean there would always be water setting in the trough. Is this the way it is supposed to be or is the trough supposed to be slanted slightly downwards so that the water completely drains from it? Will water constantly sitting in the trough negatively affect the stainless steel over time? (I have used other trough faucets and never noticed water remaining in the trough.) Please let me know right away as l only have my contractor for 2 more days. Thanks!
Asked by: Andy
Hi, Andy! Thank you for your question. Water remaining in the spout trough is normal. Dry off with a dry towel as needed. For cleaning, use a 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution and clean off any build up as needed, if any. Best Regards, Rosanna

Stream pattern for this faucet

My wife and I love the look of this channel spout and have ordered these through our builder for our new home. However, we started to second guess having these in the kids bathroom. I cannot find a video or photo of these sinks in action online anywhere. Our concern is, due to the open channel design, if the water is turned on full will the water have tendency to shoot straight across, missing the sink and making a mess? We are wondering if we wouldn't be safer to go with a closed channel Ara faucet for the kids sinks. We still have time to make the adjustments in our order. Please let us know what you think. A video would be even better! Thanks!
Asked by: Ken1
Hi Ken1, Thank you for your question. Another option available for the model 568LF-SSMPU if splashing is an issue is to install a flow restrictor that will lower the faucet flow rate to 1.0 or 0.5 gpm. Thanks, Dave

Why am i getting cloudy hot water coming out of this faucet. It did not happen to the old one and none of the others in my home. Has it something to d

Asked by: Jason Duane
Hi Jason, Thank you for your question. The cloudy water is the result of air being added to the water. Some turbulence in the waterways is the most likely cause. We recommend completely opening the water stops supplying the faucet. Thanks, Dave
