Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks Great but Not enjoying it This head came with a builder spec home. I am disappointed with the amount of water flow we get from it, it is more of a drizzle that a rain. Is there anything I can do about it?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Another piece of PLASTIC from Delta Has Delta gone entirely to using plastic? Because the 3 shower heads (this on, a wall mounted Kinetic one, and the hand held) that we just installed in our bath remodel are all show & no go. Good from far, but far from good. For the ridiculous price of this item, imagine my dissapointment upon opening the box and getting the rich, luxurious feel of...PLASTIC! Come on man! The only thing metal is the actual valves that are hidden under the ceiling plate cover. the only reason it gets 2 stars on the overall rating is that is does look cool. From a distance. Lets see how long this lasts..

Is It Really Plastic With Spry Metal?

For almost $500 it can't s It really be plastic with spray metal on it?... or can it
Asked by: plastic with spray metal
Hello plastic with spray metal, Thank you for your question regarding the finish of the Delta H2Okinetic® Pendant Raincan Shower Head. I am happy to assist you today! This shower head is composed of a mixture of metallic and non-metallic components. We primarily manufacture of our products with a mixture of metallic and non-metallic materials for safety and longevity of the model. Fully metallic products tend to rust overtime and often hold heat which causes burns easily.  Also, non-metallic shower heads and hand held wands will hurt a lot less if dropped on your body while showering and will be a lot more light weight when holding the wand for an extended period of time. I apologize in regards to the cost however, the retail cost for this shower head in the Chrome finish is only $346.50 through various retailers. If you are interested in purchasing this model, please view the link below: https://www.deltafaucet.com/where-to-buy-online?sku=57140 I hope this information is helpful and if there is anything further we may be able to assist you with, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 800-345-3358 and we will be happy to help where we can! Thank you, Brandy Delta Faucet Company Customer Service

Is this cost only for the shower head?

For the cost, does this include a mixing valve? If so, what type, if not, what is recommended?
Asked by: ProfMom
Hi, Profmom! Thank you for your question. The cost is for the shower head only. 57140 does not include the mixing valve. We recommend our R10000 rough valve with any valve trim in our Delta line. Here is a link to the valve trim kits available on our website: https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/showering/tub-and-shower-faucets Best Regards, Rosanna

Does the stainless and spotshield stailess look the same? Are they as shiny as chrome? Do they look similar to chrome?

Asked by: Danita
Hi, Danita! Thank you for your question. The Brilliance Stainless Steel and the SpotShield Stainless are both a dull, brushed, silver finish. The are very similar to each other. The Chrome is a shiny, reflective finish. The two stainless finishes will not match the Chrome finish. Best Regards, Rosanna
