Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pause button is stuck We have had this for a few months and loved it at first. I loved the pause button for when I had to wash the dogs in the tub, well now it is stuck on pause and want part won't work at all so I can't even use it. Very upset by this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not durable Got this as a gift. One plastic part broke a couple of months after I'd been using it and the diverter lever on handheld broke a few days ago. This thing does not last. Now I know only heavier metal shower heads last as I'd never had this problem before.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from durability Some parts should be metal for more durability I understand that plastic saves everyone and make products affordable, however the part that broke was the diverter lever on the hand held. I don't understand how it was cheaper to send me a whole new replacement than it would be to engineer a few more durable parts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from the hand held part always falls out! its plastic and never stays in place! i will never buy plastic again! great color but does not work and the water flow is very low! its not my water pressure it is the head.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cisco Shower head works fine. It's pretty sensitive about staying in the receptacle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from They will stand behind their products. Received this unit in replacement of one I purchased couple of years ago. Unit was working great and as described but for some reason had a part start leaving and noticed it was cracked. Called Delta and no issues no questions asked had it replaced. If that is not great customer service I don't know what is. Great product!!

Our shower head won't turn off the outer ring any longer. 18 month old. Any suggestions?

Asked by: ryan dw
Hello ryan dw, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower. I am very sorry to hear that the flow of water will no longer divert through the hand shower alone and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I am happy to assist you today. When you flip the diverter lever located on the main shower head all the way to the bottom-most position, the water continues to flow through the outer ring? Please feel free to either respond back to the email I sent to you regarding this matter or you may give us a call at 800-345-3358 and we will do our best to help you with this issue where we can over the phone. We hope to hear from you soon! Thank you, Brandy Delta Faucet Company Customer Service

can this be connected to one of our lsiding mounting bars instead?

The hose size is limited, so I'd rather connect it to your sliding bar and then I can install the other end of the hose at a lower height in the wall

Need a new part- ring for wall

We have the brushed bronze finish shower head. Our contractor lost the ring that goes against the shower wall that conceals the edges of the tile where the spiget comes out. Can I order a new one?

Water not flowing from both handheld and head at once

It's a new installation. Water comes out of the shower head or the handheld, but not both at once. We've tried all the combinations we can think of.
Asked by: Carolyn
Hello Carolyn, Thank your question regarding the Delta In2ition 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower. I am happy to assist you today! On the side of the the main shower head, there should be a small chrome lever which can be flipped up, to the center and down. The top-most position allows for the shower head to run alone, the middle position allows for the shower head and hand held wand to run simultaneously and the lowest position will allow for the hand shower to run alone. I hope this helps and please feel free to respond back to the email I sent to you regarding this issue or you may give us a call at 800-345-3358 and we will be happy to assist you further! Have a wonderful day, Brandy Delta Faucet Company Customer Service

Delta 58569PK center portion has stopped working all together. Unsrewed the hose-checked the washer & still nothing - Any suggestions?

system less than 2 months old
Asked by: Tim
Hello Tim, Thank you for your question on the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower. I am happy to assist you today. Please try to soak the hand shower in a solution of 50/50 distilled white vinegar and water for a few hours and then flush out the unit with warm water and try to divert through the various settings. It may be possible that debris or calcium deposits are blocking the area behind the spray face. The white vinegar should loosen up any type of debris and break it down and flushing the hand shower will likely help with pushing the debris out. If you do not notice an improvement, we suggest soaking the unit in up to 75/25 distilled white vinegar and water overnight and repeat the process, though if there is still no improvement, we will be happy to help you where we can. I hope this information is helpful! Please feel free to either email or give us a call at 800-345-3358 to let us know if soaking and flushing the hand shower out improves the flow. Thank you, Brandy Delta Faucet Company Customer Service

II have this. Is there a flow restricter in it?

I have low pressure and need more flow. Just wondering if there is a flow restrictor that can be removed.
Asked by: Bill
Hello Bill, Thank you for your question on the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower. I am so sorry to hear that the shower head feels as if it is not providing enough pressure. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend removing the flow restrictor from our shower heads as they will no longer meet specific plumbing codes and could potentially disrupt the way the model functions. If you would like more information on our flow restrictors, please visit the link below: http://worldwide.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/faq/water+pressure/index.html Also, this model has been designed to dispense a maximum of 2 GPM (gallons per minute). If you are more familiar with using a model which dispenses 2.5 GPM, you may notice a slight decrease in the amount of water the shower head dispenses. If you would like to test your model to ensure you are receiving the full 2 gallons of water per each minute that it runs, you can fill a pitcher or bucket for one minute and measure the amount of water the unit dispenses. One of the more common issues with receiving a lowered flow rate is debris. If you are receiving less than the 2 gallons per minute, you can soak the unit in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution overnight, which should resolve this issue. I hope this information is helpful and if we can assist you with anything further, please feel free to give us a call at 800-345-3358 and we will do our best to help you where we can!
