Rated 1 out of 5 by from Head does not tilt I got it installed yesterday and to my surprise the head does not tilt, so it shuts the water directly into my glass wall and i have to be very close to the wall to get rinsed .... i am really not looking to take a shower anymore :( I am removing it this weekend and returning it.

Does it have water safer

Asked by: Tooty
Hello Tooty, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta In2ition® 4-Setting Two-in-One Shower and I am happy to assist you today. All of our shower heads have flow restriction units installed within them to ensure they meet government mandated standards. This shower head has been designed to dispense a maximum of 2.5 gallons of water per each minute it runs. For further information on our flow restrictors: http://worldwide.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/faq/water+pressure/index.html Please feel free to give us a call if we can help with anything further at 800-345-3358. What does the button on shower head do?

There is a button on the mode selector on the handheld shower head what does it do?
Asked by: Ashley
Hi Ashley, Thank you for your question. This model has a rotating spray face to change the spray modes. If your unit has a gray button in the center of a dial, the button activates the Pause feature when pressed. Best regards, Jon

Size of hose diameter

I purchased this as my husband sits on a shower chair and the hose needs to reach to the opposite side of the shower head. It's just short and Amazon has longer generic hoses that I can purchased. However, I don't see where you have listed the diameter of the hose on this unit so I can determine if the longer one I found will work. I love the shower head and the two showers in one but the hose is just not quite long enough. Thank you.
Asked by: Judy
Hi Judy, Thank you for your question. The 72" long hose on the model 75481D uses standard 1/2" connections. We offer 84" Ultraflex hoses U494R-84-PK white/chrome, U490R-84-PK black/chrome, and U495D-69-PK a chrome stretchable metal hose that extends from 69" to 92" that will work with the In2ition showerhead. Thanks, Dave

The water pressure from the Model 75481D that I installed yesterday is unacceptable. How do I remove the flow restictor?

Asked by: LARRY
Hi Larry, We are sorry that you are experiencing an issue with your showerhead. Flow restrictors are usually found in the neck or threaded end of the shower head exposed when the shower head is removed from the shower arm. While it is possible to remove flow restrictors from shower heads, we strongly advise against it for several reasons. Flow restrictors for faucets are an integral part of most showerheads and it is generally not possible or desirable to remove them. Removing the flow restrictor will void the product warranty. Our H2Okinetic showering devices are specifically designed to operate most efficiently at the flow rate controlled by the flow restrictor. Removing the flow restrictor from an H2Okinetic showering device will result in improper operation and a very uncomfortable experience. For water conservation purposes, most plumbing codes require faucets and showering devices to not exceed a certain maximum flow rate. Removing the flow restrictors could cause these devices to no longer meet these codes. If you are noticing decreased water pressure or a poor quality flow rate, you may have debris in your flow restrictor or the screen filter in your shower head. Often this is easily remedied with a simple cleaning process. Thanks, Dave

What is the difference between the 75481, 75481D, and 58045?

Asked by: Rob
Hi Rob, The difference between models 75481 and 75481D is the rated GPM. The "D" version of the faucet is intended to comply with water conservation initiatives instituted in several areas of the country. The 58045 is a trade version of the same handshower, indicating that it would be fully plated as opposed to having some gray plastic areas.
