Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fine product - holder issues Easy to install. Good pressure. Bought over a year ago and in the last month the wall holder/ suction cup for the hand held wand just won't hold. Called Delta today and they found the product quickly and are sending a free replacement holder. Great service and product in my mind. Would be 5 stars if it had not failed in the first place.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from leaks and low water pressure Installation was easy but the unit leaks around the diverter and the water pressure coming out of the head is very low.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from inexpensive, easily installed, functions well, suction cup mount problematic, angle of diverter mount for hand-spayer not optimal for less than $50 this is a good deal. It installed very easily, does not leak, and I was thrilled with the power of the water. The suction cup mount does not work well on my tile so I used the adhesive disk and that works just fine - you stick it to the tile, then put the suction cup mount on that. I was only disappointed with the hand sprayer mount on the diverter and I wonder if there is a way to adjust that. On my shower pipe, the angle is such that if I place the sprayer on that mount, it sprays over the top of my head and the shower curtain. Is there a way to change the angle on it? thanks, Paul A.

How do you mount the adesve mount

Asked by: Bren
Hello Bren, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta 5-Setting Hand Shower / Shower Head and I am happy to help you today. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend installing this suction cup mount with adhesive as the mount is designed to be applied to the wall with the suction cup, although if you wish to remove the suction cup and glue it to the wall, you may. However, please keep in mind that altering the product will void the warranty for the model. If you are interested, we do carry a wall mount which can be adhered to a clean and smooth surface, model U3001-PK. I hope this is helpful and if we can assist you with anything else going forward, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 800-345-3358. Thank you, Brandy

I accidentally installed the wall mount upside down. Is there a way to reinstall it now that I have used up the adhesive?

Asked by: Karen
Hello Karen, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta 5-Setting Hand Shower / Shower Head. I will be happy to assist you today. Most suction cup products have a way to release the pressure on the suction cup. This is usually a tab on the rim of the suction cup that you can peel up to let air into the suction cup. With this mount there are two tabs on opposite sides of the rim of the cup that hug the chrome base. You can squeeze these tabs to release the suction cup. I hope this information helps. If you ever have any other questions, concerns, or require anything further please feel free to give us a call at 800-345-3358 and we will be happy to assist you in any way that we can. Thank you again! Matthew Delta Faucet Company Consumer Care

Is there any diverter or shut off valve that could be placed between the hose and the handheld. Purpose: up top divert all water to the hand held and then be able to temporarily control the on/off of the water!

Asked by: wechilders
Hello wechilders, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta 5-Setting Hand Shower / Shower Head. I'll be happy to assist you today. We do offer a volume control device, which is model number U4760-PK. Keep in mind, this model is not a positive shut off and will not shut the water flow off completely as it is designed to bring the flow to a trickle. The diverted valve has always been a little stiff but the other ninight I got in the shower and it was loose and freely turns without diverting the water. Now most comes out of the fixed head while a small amount comes out of the handheld. Is there a fix?

Rubber Gasket Part Numner?

What is the model number for the rubber gasket/washer for the female end of the diverter valve. I crushed the gasket when installing the diverter which caused the common leak for this shower head. The gasket that came with the unit has a raised center section. My local hardware store only carries universal rubber gaskets which are flat and will not seal.
Asked by: Dave
Hello Dave, Thank you for your question regarding replacement gaskets for the Delta Five Spray Massage Hand Shower/Shower Head Unit and I am happy to assist you. The replacement gasket which will seal this model best is 4963PAKBG, which is the thickest gasket we currently offer. Please feel free to give us a call if we can assist you with anything going forward at 800-345-3358. Thank you, Brandy

My main shower head has very low pressure. The hand held is fine. Anyway to get more pressure on main shower head?

Asked by: WayneB
Hello WayneB, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta 5-Setting Hand Shower / Shower Head and I am happy to assist you today. This shower head has been designed to dispense a maximum of 2.5 gallons of water per minute at 80 psi. If you would like to test your model to ensure that you are receiving the full 2.5 gallons per minute (GPM), please fill a pitcher or bucket for one minute and measure the amount of water the unit dispenses to be certain the model is dispensing the full 2.5 GPM. If you are receiving less than 2.5 GPM, please soak the full shower head and hand held wand in a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and water for a few hours to break down any debris which may have built up in the shower head during the installation process or over time in general and make sure to flush out the head by running warm water through the unit for a few minutes. I hope this improves the amount of flow you receive from the shower head and if we may be able to assist you with anything going forward, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 800-345-3358. I have trouble turning the knob from the fixed shower head to the hand held. It has gotten harder and now I can't move it at all. I like to change it frequently; that is why I bought this particular unit. Is there a way to make it easier to turn ?

Asked by: MaryA
Hello MaryA, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta 5-Setting Hand Shower / Shower Head. I am very sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with diverting through the settings due to the mode selector seizing up and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I am happy to assist you with this issue today. Please try to uninstall the shower head and hand shower and soak the entire unit in a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and warm water for a few hours and flush the unit with warm water for a few minutes to see if you notice an improvement. For stubborn build up or debris, you may use a soft bristle toothbrush to scrub the spray face as well. If the mode selector is still difficult to turn, please respond back to the email I sent to you regarding this matter or you may give us a call at 800-345-3358 and we will do our best to rectify this issue for you over the phone.
