Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problem getting the shower head tight at the upright position When turning to fix on shower arm, by the time the shower head is tight. it is at the wrong angle and not upright. I must be doing something wrong. Can you people please enlighten me on how to get the shower head tight by the time it is at the upright position. When it is at the tightest position, it still needs around another 60 degree turn to be upright. Thanks

Hi there. We just bought this shower head for our remodel and our plumber is telling us we need to buy a valve and trim to make it work. It's for a shower (no tub). Could you point me in a direction for the best options to match this set? Thanks...

Asked by: tommy
Hello Tommy, Thank you for your question. We have many different styles and collections available, so we recommend browsing through our website to find the best model for your bathroom. You will need an R10000 rough-in valve along with a 13/14, 17, or 17T series trim. Note that tub/shower trim kits with the "-LHD" suffix include the valve trim, shower arm, flange, and tub spout, without a shower head. https://www.deltafaucet.com/search-results?searchTerm=lhd Best regards, Tanya

Hello Alicia77, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta HydroRain® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower Head. I will be happy to assist you today. Is there supposed to be a rattle in the raincan portion of shower head?

Ordered stainless steel version of this model a week ago. Product arrived 4/10/17.After taking product out of box and inspecting it, I noticed a rattle in the movable rain can. Haven't hooked up or tested shower head to see if it works. Would like to know if this standard before I return it.
Asked by: Gavin
Dear Gavin, Thank you for your question. The Delta HydroRain 5-Setting Shower Head 75598 has a gasket and restrictor designed inside of it, that may make a sound if the shower head is shook. These non-removable internal parts help with the diverting and spray setting of the shower head. Best regards, Tanya

Is there a way i can order another water restrictor?

I took it out and threw it away before trying it. Now it actually comes out too hard.
Asked by: scooby
Hi Scooby, Thank you for your question. We do not recommend to remove or modify the flow restrictor. Unfortunately, it is not sold separately. However, we do have a 1.75 gpm flow regulator washer, RP77767, or you could install an adjustable volume control such as the U4760-PK. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP77767 https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/U4760-PK Best regards, Jon

You say you don't advise removing water saver but can it be done? If not.. That's a deal breaker. Let me decide!

People are tired of being told how much water they can use. It's great that you give the option to conserve water... but let the owner make the decision.

Can the water restrictor be reomved

Seen a few reviews saying it had poor water pressure so wanted to ask if the restrictor can be removed to help.
Asked by: bbarnes
Hello BBarnes, Thank you for your question. We do not advise to remove the water restricter in our units because this could cause damage and void the warranty. Best Regards, Courtney
