Unit leaked immediately from the Shower Mount. (Not from the portion that threads onto the shower arm.) Disassembled Shower Mount and discovered no rubber or silicone gasket/washer/0-ring to seal against the ball inside the shower mount. Just removed an older Delta unit very similar, and it has a seal against the ball.I cannot locate a parts list to determine if a seal is supposed to be there, but, my knowledge of such things says there must be something to seal the ball. How can I QUICKLY obtain that missing seal?

Is there a debris screen built into the hand held shower?
I don't see a debris screen on either end of the hose or in the attachment to the shower arm or the shower head. Is there one built into the system that I just don't see?
Thank you for your question. There is debris screen built inside of the hand shower.

Tapered end of hose?
According to directions, there should have been one end of the hose marked with yellow tape to show it goes into the hand shower. Ours wasn't marked and both ends of the hose look the same. How do we know we installed it correctly?
Thank you for your question. If the hose ends are switched, you will get a leak from one or both of the ends. If you see a leak, switch the hose ends to make sure there is no leak.

Is there backflow prevention?
Does model 75701 have backflow prevention built in? If not, is there a Delta accessory to accomplish this?
Thank you for your question. This model does not have backflow prevention. You can add backflow prevention by installing a vacuum breaker such as the U4900-PK.

Problem with tubing
Just installed this item. The tubing was wound tightly in the package. Now the tubing is very stiff, sticks out from the wall in a loop --over one foot--into the personal shower space. It makes showering a problem if you use it as an overhead shower and frankly the protruding tubing looks ridiculous. Will the tubing loosen and relax to hang vertically and become flexible and when?
The stiffness will soon relax after hot water is used. It doesn't happen overnight.l
