Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Shower I had to purchase a replacement shower head as the one I had before cracked around the seem, I went out and asked and was told this was a good replacement, this was a good buy, and I would recommend it to anyone else looking for a new or replacement for their showers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product, if it's from Delta Faucet This is my second hand shower unit. Bought it last black friday sale at Home depot. I always buy the Delta faucet products because i love their lifetime warranty assurance for replacement parts, if it ever gets broken.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stopped Working I purchased and installed it September 4, 2016. It's been working fine until yesterday, October 6, 2016. One button for the hard 'jet' spray setting got stuck and no longer works. And that was very important to spray and clean the shower. So, this BRAND NEW SHOWER SPRAYER has to be replaced. And unfortunately, it won't be with another Delta product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not recommend ! Just purchased the Delta 8 - setting activtouch hand shower today and installed it as directed. My son showered then I showered, when I attempted to raise the shower head to rinse my hair the thin plastic nut that holds the shower head to the water outlet broke. Not a very durable design, I was worried when installing the shower head about it's durability with so many plastic parts. I guess my fear's were warranted since we were only able to use it one and one half times. Hopefully I can return it for a more durable product without any major hassle.

Is there a way to increase water pressure

I am not getting enough water pressure, old shower head delivered plenty. Is there a way to remove the water saver reducer so I can get a better flow? Otherwise I like the shower head. Model 75821 WC
Asked by: Track 33
Hi Track 33, Thank you for your question. Flow restrictors are usually found in the neck or threaded end of the shower head exposed when the shower head is removed from the shower arm. While it is possible to remove flow restrictors from shower heads, we strongly advise against it for several reasons. Our H2Okinetic showering devices are specifically designed to operate most efficiently at the flow rate controlled by the flow restrictor. Removing the flow restrictor from an H2Okinetic showering device will result in improper operation and a very uncomfortable experience. For water conservation purposes, most plumbing codes require faucets and showering devices to not exceed a certain maximum flow rate. Removing the flow restrictors could cause these devices to no longer meet these codes. If you are noticing decreased water pressure or a poor quality flow rate, you may have debris in your flow restrictor or the screen filter in your shower head or aerator. Often this is easily remedied with a simple cleaning process. Thanks, Dave

How does this shower head differ from #54424-WC20-PK?

I see there is a different hose, but I can't tell what else is different. Wondering if the 54424-WC20-PK is a higher quality shower head than the 75821WC?
Asked by: Bathboy
Thank you for your question. There are a couple of differences between Delta Faucet model # 54424-WC20-PK and 75821WC. The 54424-WC20-PK has a 60"-82" stretchable metal hose, and the connection to shower arm is metallic. Delta Faucet model # 75821WC has 72" chrome ribbon hose and the connection to the shower arm is non-metallic.
