Rated 5 out of 5 by from very nice looking and working faucet We purchased this about a month ago and it has worked out just fine as a replacement unit. Looked at several but chose this one for the Delta name and of course it was one that would work with our existing vessel sink. Adjustment for water temp and flow is solid and no DRIPS when you shut it off! very pleased with our selection and the service from faucetdirect.com My only issue with this unit is that the supply lines are a stiff plastic type material and while they do bend easily, they can be a bugger to get into position and secured to valves ( I had roughed my valves a little to high which added to my installation problems with these lines ) However after some fine words to aid the forming the lines to the valves I got it up and running..........

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Addison faucet has issues I like the faucet and it's usage. The items I have as concerns are: the drain that comes with the faucet has 2 air holes/vents (?# on either side of the drain tube. When mounting a flat bottomed vessel sink, these holes allow water to come in contact with the counter top and therefore damage occurs to the vanity. I ordered a replacement drain assembly through the sink manufacturer to correct the issue since there was no alternative drain style available through Delta. Also be careful with the water supply lines. If they are damaged Delta has no replacement parts and it is a struggle to find replacement parts- not available at Home Depot or Lowes. I was offered a replacement faucet #$400+) at a 50% discount for what should be maybe a $10 part.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I bought this for my master bathroom sinks they are the blue rectangular vessel. A clean modern look perfect for brushing your teeth under because you can cup your hand holding the water like a cup. Strong pressure to wash your hands and it can be adjusted to the water temp your like to keep. So the next time you just turn it on for that quick easy to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Busted! Following install of the faucet in the new vanity, we turned it on to test the water flow. It leaked abundantly around the handle! We removed the handle assembly and found the plastic housing around the valve assembly was broken into 3-4 pieces. We contacted Delta directly and they are shipping a replacement assembly. This will set back the project 7-10 business days.

Under specs for this faucet it says it is 14 1/2" high. Is it really so tall?

Asked by: Elsena
Hi, Elsena! Thank you for your question. The 792-RB-DST is taller compared to the 592-RB-DST standard faucet which is 10 1/4" tall. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can this be used for a reverse osmosis system?

Asked by: JmR
Hi JmR, Thank you for your question. The faucet has not been tested with a reverse osmosis system. Some components in the faucet may be affected, reducing their life. Only our Beverage Faucets are specifically designed to work with reverse osmosis system. https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/specialty-faucets/beverage Best regards, Jon

does 792-CZ-DST come with an ESCUTCHEON (base plate for the faucet)?

Asked by: Rob
Hi Rob, Thank you for your question. The model 792-CZ-DST does not come with a 3 hole escutcheon. Unfortunately we do not offer an escutcheon for this model. The RP61046CZ escutcheon that comes with the shorter 592-CZ-DST is not compatible with the 792-CZ-DST. Thanks, Dave

do I need to buy a separate pop-up for this?

I am planning to buy a Delta Addison single-handle faucet with riser for a new vessel sink, #792-SS-DST. All the info says "less pop-up" but I cannot fiind any info on adding a pop-up - what product number, where to buy, etc. I read through the parts and installation info & did not fid this but the photos suggested a pop-up drain was present.Help! Can you kindly tell me exactly what i need to look for & purchase to ensure that my new faucet will have a pop-up drain?Thank you!
Asked by: Carol
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 792-SS-DST does not include a pop-up assembly and will need to be purchased separately. We manufacture 2 different kinds-one is a grid strainer and the other is a push-pop. The model numbers are as follows: RP47648SS-grid strainer less overflow holes RP6346SS-grid strainer with overflow holes 72172-SS-push-pop less overflow holes 72173-SS-push-pop with overflow holes
