Elegant in Polished Nickel
I am disappointed that the Cassidy tissue paper holder does not come in left/right wall choice. I paid a premium price for the polished nickel.
In my master bathroom, I have similar accessories but of a different brand and these feature left / right adaptations and can be considered better material quality / more durable.
For the price, I am not impressed with the apparent quality / feel / features. I hope the finish lasts for many years.
I should have noted a review by a previous buyer.
Also, the mounting instructions detail a 3/16" hole for the anchor inserts, the hole is too small for the anchor, as included. The instructions should be reviewed and revised as needed.
I hesitate to recommend.

Love the entire Cassidy Line
We built a new home and selected Cassidy for our plumbing fixtures. We love them all, such classic lines. We then selected the Single Bar Tissue Holder for our bathrooms and we love it. They really complete the look were after. Great product!

Simple but functional design, easy to install

Looks good, not durable
While this tissue holder matches my Caaisdy faucet, it only lasted a few month before the arm started to wobble. Called customer service and was told this movement is normal. Seriously? The arm moves so much the roll falls off. After less than 2 years I plan to replace.

Beautiful holder
We used this in our powder room remodel this year and are very happy with it. It goes very well with the Kohler Devonshire faucet. It is great for a small bathroom since it doesn't protrude too much from the wall. The toilet paper stays on and the finish is nice. Will likely use in my upstairs bath.

Beautiful Fixture
We bought this to go along with our other polished nickel fixtures, and it is just beautiful!! The polished nickel finish is great because it has a touch of warmth to it, rather than the colder look of the satin nickel. It is perfect in my 'romantic' bathroom!

Nice looking paper holder
We had this paper holder installed in our new tiled wall. I didn't really want two holes in the wall so thought this was a good option. It's easy to slip paper on and don't have to deal with those springs that pop onto the floor when changing the paper.

Multiple uses
I recently remodeled my master bath and purchased this item as a tissue holder. The second time I bought this item it was to be used as a hand towel hanger. The towel hanger offered by Delta was a hoop and did not work for what I was looking for. This is a great product with a nice finish and well put together.

We like this better than the spring toilet paper holders
I was a little skeptical about ordering this. So was my wife.
But now that we have it, we really like it a lot.
Easy to put a new roll onto. Very nice looking with the rest of the champagne fixtures we put in the bathroom.
Delta did not cut corners to make this. So its professionally finished like the rest of the collection.
I definitely recommend this to people who might be on the fence about this.

looks great, doesn't work so well
I thought this would be a better look that the regular old fashioned TP holder for my newly remodeled master bath. It looks great, contemporary, but it is a pain to use! Every time I try to rip off some paper, the whole roll goes flying off the holder! The curve at the end isn't steep enough to hold the roll on. Maybe its just me tho....Looks nice, I'm leaving it, since it just my bathroom, but if it was in a guest or the main bathroom, I would replace it.

Bigger than expected
I bought two of these, one in chrome and the other in bronze. They are much bigger than they look in the photo, so check the dimensions, but they are sturdy and functional. Also, the bronze color is a little funky, frequent problem with bronze.

Love it!
I love the looks of it, elegant yet modern. The fact that you don't have to do anything but slide the tissue paper is a must now in all our bathrooms (4). It's a bit pricey but I don't regret it.

I see the Cassidy can only be mounted one way due to the set screw showing! Are there any Delta tissue holders in Champagne Bronze the can be mounted either way?

I have sever 79750 items; all have started to loosen; one towel hook fell off the base. How do I remove them from the wall so I can make repairs?

To remove your accessories from the wall, you will need to loosen the set screws from beneath the base of the post of the model, which is attached to the wall.

Can this tissue holder be turned to face the other direction of what the picture shows? Opposite of what it shows now?

Can this tissue holder be mounted vertically?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Cassidy Tissue Holder 79750-SS is not recommended to be mounted vertically as the set screw will not be in the right place. It is also a possibility that the tissue will come off the roll incorrectly if it is mounted vertically.

My tissue holder didn't come with any directions for installation. 'm a novice do-it-yourself'er and don't want to put huge holes in my wall while I figure it out. :) Is there a way to access that information or at least some stick figures?

Can this toilet paper holder be mounted on the side of a pressed wood cabinet?
Thank you for your question, Maryo! If possible, it is best to mount this type of accessory into a wall stud. It can be installed onto a cabinet if needed but we would recommend providing adequate support on the back of the cabinet wall for the screws to firmly attach to.
