Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice quality, no complaints, yellow than other brands polished nickel Solid, smooth, great faucet. Only thing to note, and in my case it was not a deal breaker, but the Delta Polished Nickel is yellower than any other polished nickel finish I have in the house. Still looks fine with other pieces, but if you're trying to mix and match in close proximity it would be noticeable. Not necessarily a bad thing though, still reads very much a warm silver. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Quality Solution for Vessel Sinks My plumber complained enough about wall mounted faucets that I went searching for an alternative to go with my vessel sinks. The Delta Cassidy line has so many options and fits nicely with my farmhouse design. Pleased with quality and weight of this product - and a nice alternative to wall faucets.

what does multiple handle and spout options mean for this faucet? I cant find the information

Classical design with multiple handle and spout options as well as a full complement of accessories and finishes The Cassidy™ Collection
Asked by: Mckin
Thank you for your question. That statement applies to the Cassidy collection as a whole and not to that specific model. We do offer the Cassidy line with several different spout and handle options but the model number will change each time.

Drain option for Delta Cassidy 797LF

Since Cassidy 797LF doesn't come with a pop-up drain assembly, what drain assembly is recommended to purchase with this faucet?
Asked by: jugular
Hi Jugular, Thank you for your question. Our push pop drain assemblies are most often recommended to compliment the model 797LF faucet. Available models include 72172, 72173, 72174, 72175,72176, and 33W576. Thanks, Dave

Does this faucet have a lift rod for the drain. Where is the Lift Rod located?

Asked by: Nancy
Thank you for your question, Nancy! The model 597LF will work with a standard lift rod, located in the back of the spout, and a pop-up drain assembly, however the model 797LF does not. For this model we recommend our push pop drain assemblies such as 72172, 72173, 72174, 72175, and 33W576. Alternatively you can also use a grid strainer such as model RP6346. https://www.deltafaucet.com/search-results?searchTerm=push+pop https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP6346 Best regards, Edward

Cassidy faucet 797LF, Does the water come out of the faucet at a slight angle or directly down? We have 5 inches from the edge of sink to the center of spout and the drain is at 8.5 inches from the edge of the sink. Concerned about these not being aligned

Asked by: Sherri
Hi, Sherri! Thank you for your question. The water stream for Delta 797LF faucet flows straight down, not at an angle. Best Regards, Rosanna

What is correct handle direction for hot water?

What is the correct direction for hot water on this faucet, pulling the lever forward or pushing it back as there is not a "H" or "C" marked on lever. I just want to make sure our plumber attached the water supply lines correctly as I have a Delta faucet in my kitchen (9197T-DST) and the hot/cold direction is the opposite of this faucet but it also has "H" and "C" noted on the handle. Please clarify.
Asked by: marbid3
Hi, Marbid3! Thank you for your question. The handle maneuvers out and forward. When it is out, the water will be cold. The more you pull forward or towards you, the water will get hotter. Best Regards, Rosanna
