Rated 3 out of 5 by from water comes out of the spout and shower head I just installed two of these faucets. when the faucet is fully turned on I get water coming out of the shower head and spout. This is without pulling up on the little knob to divert the water out of the shower head. How do I keep it from coming out of the showerhead until I pull up on the diverter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Just had this installed by a contractor from Lowes two weeks ago. Handle is loose and water just does not get hot - period. I put it all the way to the hot side when taking a shower and it won't get any hotter. I know there's a way to adjust the adjustable limit stop but to do that you have to remove the handle, and the handle is already loose! Plus, unless I can do it myself, I may have to pay a plumber for something that was just installed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trouble with handle staying tight I installed this product back in Dec.2017 and have since discarded the install instructions. I am having a problem with the handle remaining tight. It is not the set screw, but rather the small valve that the handle set screw tightens to. That part does not want to stay tight to valve unit. The small phillips screw keeps backing off and this causes the entire handle to flop about. I tried to order a new part but see that the parts diagram is no longer accessable online as the model has been discontinued. Additionally what is the allen key size for the set screw used to affix the handle to the valve unit? I wouldn't have bought this Foundations shower/tube set from my local Lowes if I had known it was going to be discontinued so soon after purchase. HELP!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Foundations shower tub combo This product has very low water pressure and cannot produce a hot shower . I`m greatly disappointed with it and this website . I`ve seen several video`s on YouTube addressing these problems and none show a solution . I know about the limit stop adjustment . Does nothing .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality in every detail . . . Very pleased with the finish and workmanship in the Shower/Tub faucet. Other than minor installation issue, quickly resolved by contractor, the faucet turns easily and shuts off like a charm! Always buy Delta when the design and product is available to meet our needs!

Does this come in a shower set only? I need a set that is similiar as far as handles, finish, etc, to the foundations we purchased at Lowes. We just need the shower set, no tub spout. Hot and cold in, shower out.

Asked by: John
Hi there John, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Foundations Shower only full model faucets B112915 and B112900 are only manufactured in the Chrome finish. If you have the tub and shower model you do not have to install the tub spout, just remember to cap the bottom of the valve. Best regards, Tanya

How long does the 1/2 in copper need to extended from the finished wall to properly install the Tub Spout Diverter?

Installation directions mentions the specific length of an iron pipe, but does give the length of a copper pipe?
Asked by: Joe
Hi Joe, Thank you for your inquiry! When installing the slip-on tub spout, of the Delta Foundations Tub and Shower B114915 model, the tubing should be cut 1 ½ – 2 ¾” from the finished wall. Best regards, Tanya

Fits R10000-UNBX shower valve?

I need to verify this trim kit is appropriate for the R10000-UNBX rough-in shower valve. Thanks.
Asked by: just a guy
just a guy, Thank you for your question. This model includes the necessary rough-in valve. It will not fit on a MultiChoice R10000 valve. MultiChoice valves work with 14, 17, or 17T series trim kits. Best regards, Jon

Adjusting the hot water on # B114915 ? The directions are not clear at all also no videos on line for this one?

Asked by: Rodney
First take off the handle and the cover plate. Once you can see the "insides" take off the long center piece that turns on the water by removing the screw. The blue adjuster should then slide out and you should be free to adjust it.

Since installing new shower faucet there is now minimal water pressure what should we do

Asked by: Shell
Thank you for your inquiry, Shell! If you are experiencing low flow, you may have some debris trapped in the valve body or cartridge assembly that is blocking the water flow. You may need to clean out the cartridge assembly and flush out the valve body. First turn off the water supply to the faucet. Remove the handle assembly, unscrew the bonnet ring and remove the cartridge assembly and all seals. Rinse and clean the cartridge out thoroughly. Turn both the hot and cold water back on for 10 to 15 seconds to flush out the valve body. After the allotted time, turn the water off and reinstall all of the components. Make sure that there is no debris on the cartridge assembly and seals. Best regards, Tanya

Why would the shower head drip a lot of water while the tub is filling?

I have verified that all pluming joints are free from debris and they each have the same flow rate when fully hot or fully cold. The house feed is 1"PEX. The bathroom has a 30 foot run from the central manifold with 3/4"PEX for each hot and cold. The drop to the mixer is 7 feed of1/2" PEX. The height of the shower head over the mixer is 45.5 inches.
Asked by: John
Dear John, Thank you for your inquiry! What you are experiencing is called shower-rise. Someone has made an installation error in your wall. Here are the four things to check. 1. The distance between the center of the valve body to the center of the tub spout must be between 8 and 18 inches. 2. You must use straight ½” copper or ½” iron piping for the piping down to the tub spout. No PVC piping, PEX piping, drop ear elbows or shark fittings are allowed for the piping going to the tub spout. 3. You can only use one 90 degree elbow with the piping going to the tub spout. 4. The main valve body must be installed right side up. https://www.deltafaucet.com/service-parts/faq/faq-tablist-area/tabularlist/bath/faq-item-21#answer-c3ad508e-2cd4-4b5a-8af5-3f75cacd1f90 Best regards, Tanya

do u have a trim piece or Escutcheon that would work with tub spout?

used a 2" hole saw instead of smaller one, knew i had to do at least 1" for 1/2" iron pipe. installed on tub kit w/walls. so the spout itself is barely covering hole in spots.
Asked by: bobg13
bobg13, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a plate for the tub spout. The back of the spout has a diameter of 2 1/2". Best regards, Jon

HOW DO I REMOVE THE CARTRIDGE TO SEE IF IT IS UPSIDE DOWN???

HADA FRIEND HELP WITH THE INSTALL AND HE INSTALLED THE CARTRIDGE BEFORE I COULD LOOK AT IT. TECH SUPPORT BELIEVES THE CARTRIDGE COULD BE IN UPSIDE DOWN.
Asked by: RICKY1
Hi Ricky1, Thank you for your question. The cartridges should have the words "Hot Side" on it, which should be on the left in a normal installation. If the water gets warmer as the handle rotates counter-clockwise from the 3 o'clock position, the cartridge is installed correctly. Best regards, Jon
