Rated 5 out of 5 by from Windemere Roman Tub Faucet I replaced some old, dated faucets on a garden tub for a client and they loved it. It looks great and works great. The extension of the faucet is a good reach to fill the tub. It is a gorgeous finish and nice design. Very good pricing for this attractive, good quality package.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Looking Faucet We replaced the chrome faucet with an oil rubbed finish which makes all the difference in our bathroom. The unit looks great in the tub and performs even better than we thought it would. Delivers a great flow of water to the tub plus gives the bathroom a much more elegant look than the other faucet ever could. This unit matches the two Windemere faucets that we put on out double sink vanity. Very happy with the product.

Can I add a matching hand shower to my existing setup?

Hi, I currently have this Windemere Roman Tub trim and would like to know if I can add a matching hand shower to my existing setup. Is there anything that would closely resemble the Windemere? Thanks for your help.
Asked by: cabeach
Hi cabeach, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a Windemere Roman Tub trim with a hand shower. To add a hand shower, you would need to replace the R2707 valve with an R4707 (4 hole setup) or add a transfer valve such as the RP14979 (5 hole setup). https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP14979 Best regards, Jon

I am looking for matching overflow plate and tub drain to go with my delta windemere oil-rubbed bronze roman faucet.

Asked by: Country
Thank you for your question. We have two bath waste assemblies available in Venetian Bronze that will most closely match your faucet. Delta Faucet model # RP691RB is a trip lever model and Delta Faucet model # RP690RB is a toe operated model.

R2707 vs R2707-PX vs R2707-MF

What are the difference among R2707, R2707-PX, and R2707-MF and which one should I choose? I am also wondering whether there are any other parts necessary besides one of those tub roughs when I install BT2796. Thank you for your help in advance.
Asked by: Jack
Thank you for your question, Jack. The rough-in is the only thing that you will need to install this trim kit. The differences between the rough-ins are the valve connections. R2707 has smooth copper pipe for soldering, R2707-PX uses PEX crimp connections, and R2707-MF uses PEX cold expansion. Best regards, Jon

Replacing a 2780PBSHP/RP156426 Roman Faucet

I would like to replace this faucet with a BT2796 unit. Can I use the existing rough-in? I would like to be able to remove the set screw on the c-spout, install the new one & be done! The handles would fit over the existing plumbing without a problem?
Asked by: Don
Hi Don, Thank you for your question. If your existing spout has the set screw in the back, which the model 2780 should. You will be able to install the new model BT2796 trim and use your existing rough in. Thanks, Dave

I have an existing Delta roman tub spout that comes with the round acrylic knobs. Does this trim kit fit that?

Asked by: EddB
Hi, EddB! Thank you for your question. To verify if the BT2796 will work with your existing valve body, we recommend to look at the tub spout assembly. The tub spout will have a set screw either in the front or back of the spout. If the set screw is in the front, no new roman tub trim will work with the existing valve body. If the set screw is in the back, any new trim kit, including the B2796, will fit on the existing valve body. All of our new trim kits have the set screws on the back of the spout so they will retrofit on the original valve body. I hope this information helps. Best Regards, Rosanna

I have a 17 year old Delta 2710 Antique brass roman tub, what series could i use to update but keep the same 2710 rough in

Asked by: big heavy
Hi Big Heavy, Thank you for your question. The current roman tub trims will fit on the rough used by the model 2710. The model 2710 installation called for an additional hole to be drilled under the spout for the anti swivel pin. None of the current spouts have a foot print large enough to cover this hole, the hole may need to be repaired. Thanks, Dave

Can this trim kit be used to replace Delta "Victorian" trim? Rough in is not readily accessible. Any adjustments needed?

Asked by: Warren
Hi, Warren! Thank you for your question. If your current roman tub faucet has a set screw in the back of your original spout assembly, you can use the BT2796-OB with your current rough valve in your deck. Best Regards, Rosanna

Asked by: Scott
Hi Scott, Thank you for your question! A access panel is not required for new installation. However, it is recommended for future repairs that may be needed below the deck. Best regards, Brandis
