Will this faucet fit on the rough valve for a Delta 2710PB.

I presently have a 2710PB tub faucet. Will the BT2796-OB install properly using the rough valve installed for the 2710PB? I also need a diverter valve for the hand shower. Do you have a matching trim for the diverter valve?
Asked by: Rich
It is not that the BT2796_OB won'y fit, as it Will But there will be a hole to the side of the spout, which possibly can be repaired with a garden tub repair kit for tile etc. This is what Delta CSR recently told me and I plan on trying it.

Can this trim kit be used to replace Delta "Victorian" trim? Rough in is not readily accessible. Any adjustments needed?

Asked by: Warren
Hi, Warren! Thank you for your question. If your current roman tub faucet has a set screw in the back of your original spout assembly, you can use the BT2796-OB with your current rough valve in your deck. Best Regards, Rosanna

Replacing current faucet and handles with new one

I am doing remodel and looking to replace current faucet and handles with Windmere Roman Tub trim. I have attached photos. Faucet is approximately 14 years old. Will the valve in place work, or will i need new ones?
Asked by: Mark
Hi Mark, Thank you for your question. Since the spout is held on by a set screw on the back, this trim will work with the existing valve. Best regards, Jon

I would like to make sure that this Windemere Roman Tub Trim is a proper replacement for the 12 year old delta faucet I currently have, thanks.

Asked by: Cookie
Dear Cookie, Thank you for your question. If your current tub spout has a set screw on the back side of the spout, then any of our trim kits that start with a T27 will interchange for you. If your current tub spout does not have a set screw on the back side of the spout, then you would need to install a R2707 rough in valve below your tub decking to be able to use the new trim kits. Best regards, Tanya

R2707 vs R2707-PX vs R2707-MF

What are the difference among R2707, R2707-PX, and R2707-MF and which one should I choose? I am also wondering whether there are any other parts necessary besides one of those tub roughs when I install BT2796. Thank you for your help in advance.
Asked by: Jack
Thank you for your question, Jack. The rough-in is the only thing that you will need to install this trim kit. The differences between the rough-ins are the valve connections. R2707 has smooth copper pipe for soldering, R2707-PX uses PEX crimp connections, and R2707-MF uses PEX cold expansion. Best regards, Jon

Can I add a matching hand shower to my existing setup?

Hi, I currently have this Windemere Roman Tub trim and would like to know if I can add a matching hand shower to my existing setup. Is there anything that would closely resemble the Windemere? Thanks for your help.
Asked by: cabeach
Hi cabeach, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a Windemere Roman Tub trim with a hand shower. To add a hand shower, you would need to replace the R2707 valve with an R4707 (4 hole setup) or add a transfer valve such as the RP14979 (5 hole setup). https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP14979 Best regards, Jon

New construction deck mounted faucet for a drop in roman tub. Is an access panel required? If one is what are the specs.?

Asked by: Scott
Hi Scott, Thank you for your question! A access panel is not required for new installation. However, it is recommended for future repairs that may be needed below the deck. Best regards, Brandis
