Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse Toilet EVER I bought 2 and of these and 1 automatic flush by Kohler The Cimmarron the day I closed on my house. This if the worst product EVER. There constant problems with this product the both of them however only issue with the Kohler is changing the batteries maybe every 6 months which I can understand. I'm in fear one day these toilets that I have in my son and guest bathrooms will flood my house or cause water damage one day when I'm not home. I'm sooo disappointed in the amount of money I spent only to get 2 lemons I can't make lemonade out of. I loved the idea of flushless to eliminate germs but this is my worst purchase for my new home. I have called the 800 number twice. They sent out new brains but still an issue ESPECIALLY when you don't have money to buy new toilet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sounded Great, execution needs work I was excited like most other reviews of this product, worked great at first, but now off and on operation is spotty, I take off lid several times a week to manual flush, change batteries several times and still get overflow sensor issue and won't flush, I'd really like to go back to manual without replacing the toilet!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stopped working ... not happy We installed this toilet or year or so ago and it worked fine for a while. However now it doesn’t flush. We consulted the troubleshooting sticker inside the toilet lid and none of the scenarios it provides describe what is happening. When you wave your hand to flush, the blue light comes on salad and it acts like it wants to flush but it doesn’t. We end up pushing the manual lever half of the time; and when we do that the toilet won’t refill. Have searched online for suggestions for repair and found none short of replacing the entire insides to a manual system.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk My girlfriend purchased this for home that was destroyed by fire. She bought it, then installed 6 months later. After moving in, it failed. Contractor came out and replaced batteries. A week later it did same thing. I changed batteries and it worked for 1 day. So thanks to this junky product, she has a bathroom she cant use, nor can she find the parts!! She cant afford to buy a new toilet and pay a plumber to install it. Good way to let the consumers down, delta!! We are about to remodel my house,, she swears that she will not let me purchase another delta product without a fit.

Have model C41903T. Water will not shut off after tank fills. Tank level sensor knob has no affect on it.

I am sincerely sorry to hear that your FlushIQ toilet is not working properly and I am happy to help you today. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. There is a small screw-like sensor which rests below the battery compartment within the tank that will need to make contact with the water line. If the water line sensor is not making contact, you may need to add a few cups of water to the back of the tank to ensure the sensor is fully making contact or the fill valve will continuously allow for the toilet to fill in an attempt to fill high enough to make contact. If the sensor is submerged in water and is still filling continuously, it is possible that the flush actuator/fill valve may be malfunctioning and will need to be replaced. If this is the case with your toilet, please refer to the email I sent to you regarding this matter and we will be happy to help you further. My toilet flushes every few minutes. Turned water off when I left house. Cam back turned water on nothings working. Changed batteries green blue red light flash. Nothing is working. Thanks for your help.

Flush IQ keeps flushing every few minutes. Batteries are good. No apparent leaks. How can I fix this? It's worked great up to this point.

Re: Flush IQ toilet. When activated, sounds like it is trying to flush but the flapper does not lift. After a few seconds the device then shuts off. Is there a conventional tank availa le for this toilet? Its model number is RP75711WH.

The sensor has been flashing yellow only for weeks now and it won’t flush correctly! It doesn’t fill all the way which makes it flush slow and only a little causing it to get clogged all the time! I have tried other suggestions nothing works!

Hello Gabbi b, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Brevard™ Toilet with FlushIQ® and I am so sorry to hear that your toilet hasn't been flushing properly. I am more than happy to help you with this issue and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. If you haven't tried to reset the toilet and replace the batteries, please try the reset procedure first and let me know how the toilet responds - specifically, which light displays on the sensor and whether the light is solid or flashing: Turn off your water supply. Perform a Manual Flush by pressing down on the red lever located on the flush actuator, to remove all remaining water in tank. Remove lid and batteries from battery compartment and check below the spacer which holds the batteries in place (if you use AA batteries) to ensure no moisture is present in the compartment.  Unplug the white overflow sensor wire running out of the back of the tank, about a third of the way from the top of the tank. Place your hand under the battery pack and feel for a screw-like water sensor sticking down into the tank, this feels similar to a screw or a nail. Manually fill the tank with water with a bucket or pitcher to the tip of the screw-like sensor, should be barely touching water, but not fully submerged in water. Plug the white overflow sensor wire back in. Ensure no water present in battery compartment after filling up the tank. Place batteries back in battery compartment. + facing up on Left - facing up on Right. Replace the battery compartment lid and watch for a Green, Blue and Red light sequence on sensor. Turn water supply line back on. Hold your hand 2" away from the sensor to activate a flush. If the light on the sensor is solid Blue, the unit should be functioning normally. If the toilet still does not respond properly, please email or give us a call on our warranty line at 855-345-1345 at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to rectify this issue for you. I am also having issues with the battery carrier, and rust on the battery prongs. Why would I have to replace the whole actuator, when the part itself cost more than the toilet?

I am sincerely sorry to hear that the springs in your battery compartment for your FlushIQ toilet have rusted and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I am happy to assist you today. Our engineers have updated these components as of Spring of 2017 by upgrading the fill valve and they have added a gasket to the battery compartment as well to prevent water damage from occurring.
