Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Brevard™ Toilet with FlushIQ® and I am so sorry to hear that your toilet hasn't been flushing properly. I am more than happy to help you with this issue and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
If you haven't tried to reset the toilet and replace the batteries, please try the reset procedure first and let me know how the toilet responds - specifically, which light displays on the sensor and whether the light is solid or flashing:
Turn off your water supply.
Perform a Manual Flush by pressing down on the red lever located on the flush actuator, to remove all remaining water in tank.
Remove lid and batteries from battery compartment and check below the spacer which holds the batteries in place (if you use AA batteries) to ensure no moisture is present in the compartment.
Unplug the white overflow sensor wire running out of the back of the tank, about a third of the way from the top of the tank.
Place your hand under the battery pack and feel for a screw-like water sensor sticking down into the tank, this feels similar to a screw or a nail.
Manually fill the tank with water with a bucket or pitcher to the tip of the screw-like sensor, should be barely touching water, but not fully submerged in water.
Plug the white overflow sensor wire back in.
Ensure no water present in battery compartment after filling up the tank.
Place batteries back in battery compartment.
+ facing up on Left - facing up on Right.
Replace the battery compartment lid and watch for a Green, Blue and Red light sequence on sensor.
Turn water supply line back on.
Hold your hand 2" away from the sensor to activate a flush.
If the light on the sensor is solid Blue, the unit should be functioning normally.
