Bought multiple toilets from HD. 1st unit 4 mo and started acting up. Tried all reset advice. Replaced with 2nd one and its still going for now. I want 2 kits to put manual flush on both. The look, and actual toilet are still very comfy and nice. Please contact me with info on what i need to get this fixed permanently! Thanks

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed! Bought this toilet at Home Depot 2.5 years ago. Replacement part is more expensive than the toilet itself. I’m very disappointed. I’m a paraplegic and a full time wheelchair user. I was so excited to have a new house with all accessible components. This toilet having the “no flush feature”- “was” a beautiful thing. My husband bought a kit and now it’s a flushing toilet. Hate it! Not like we could wait around to repair it. They should offer refunds and recall this toilet. The reviews are all the same across the internet. Delta-Very disappointed that you haven’t done anything about this issue that many people seem to have. What is a person to do when the toilet won’t flush and you’ve tried everything on the internet to have it work the way it’s suppose to. *crying emoji*

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flushing with a bucket---Thought Delta was better than this... Bought 2 Flush IQ toilets. Loved the concept and product. This was a huge waste of money. Purchased 2 of these a while ago, but never installed them. Installed the first unit about 10 months ago and it has been out of order for the past month. The second one is still in the box. I was thinking about taking parts from one to repair the other, but after reading all the reviews and seeing the toilet is discontinued, I am forced to flush a $280 toilet with a bucket. Thought Delta would be better than this...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Non flushing toilet Initially love the function of the toilet. Currently unable to flush the toilet because the tank will not fill. Have been to Home deport where it was purchased to obtain parts but have been told no longer carry them. Now we have a fairly new toilet that is not usable in our only bathroom. Not happy right now. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not operating Purchase the Delta IQ flush had a few problems with where the batteries go in the springs breaking also now it is flashing red and blue indicate something is leaking and doesn't want to operate is there something you could do to help us out with this situation

My toilet flushes when no one is around. How can I correct this ?

My husband and I purchased this toilet a couple of years ago and at first for about 2 months but since we have spent so much time trying to fix blinking lights and drying out and replacing batteries.  Now it won’t stop flushing. Please help. Manual flush?

I am sincerely sorry to hear that your toilet is flushing repeatedly without anyone activating the sensor and I apologize for the inconvenience. The water level in the tank may not be high enough to reach the tip of the water-line sensor beneath the battery compartment, which causes the toilet to flush frequently in an attempt to fill up high enough to reach the sensor. Please try to refill the tank to the tip of the sensor and activate the sensor on the front of the tank. If this still does not correct the issues you have been receiving, please email or give us a call at your earliest convenience to provide us with further details and we will do our best to rectify this issue for you. Toilet won’t refill.  Have followed suggested maintenance as noted in Q&A, twice.  Got blue, gree, red sequence, turned on water supply, tank begins to refill & stops well short of fill line

I am very sorry to hear that your toilet is not refilling properly and that the reset procedure did not correct this issue. I am happy to help look into this issue with you today. Which color appears on the sensor when you wave your hand in front to activate a flush? Also, you may need to refill the tank manually, so that the surface of the water in the tank touches the water-line sensor which rests below the black battery compartment. Please ensure you are not submerging the screw-like water-line sensor with water. Light was flashing red, so we replaced the batteries and nothing happened. I followed the steps to reset, but still nothing happened. Can you please tell me what we need to do.

How can I replace the battery operated parts with manual parts?

We have continual problems with flashing lights, non-flushing issues and I would like to change this to a manual flush system.

I have a solid green light. I took batteries out and reset. It flushes but then the green light just stays on.

Toilet with FlushIQ® - NOT FLUSH

After I came back from my trip, I found the toilet has no any response, sensor LED no any color. I tried to solve the problem with the methods you told other people but failed.

Hello Romeo, Thank you for your question on the Delta Brevard Toilet with Flush IQ. I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with your toilet not flushing and I will be more than happy to assist you. Please try the below reset procedure and feel free to give us a call to let us know how the unit responds: 1.Turn your water supply off. 2.Perform a Manual Flush. 3.Take out batteries. 4.Unplug the white overflow sensor wire running out of the back of the tank. 5.Place your hand below the battery pack, you should feel the water sensor which feels very similar to a screw, manually fill tank with bucket/pitcher to the tip of waterline sensor. 6.Plug the white overflow sensor wire back in. 7.Replace batteries with the two positive batteries facing up on the Left and the two negative batteries facing up on the Right. 8.Replace the lid and watch the sensor, it should display a Blue, Green then Red light sequence, then the sensor will appear blank. 9.Turn your water supply back on and wave your hand two inches away from the sensor. 10.The sensor light should appear solid Blue and flush normally. Please feel free to reply to the email I have sent you or give me a call back at 855-345-1345 Opt 5 if the issues you have been experiencing persist even after resetting the unit to let me know how the unit responds and which lights in particular appear on the sensor.
