I'm picking up a T24959 Trim Kit. Is the R22000-ws sufficient? Will be installing a shower head, wand and 4 body jets. Will there be enough water flow to run 2 at a time?
Thank you for your inquiry! Depending on the shower head, hand shower and body jets you are interested in, as well as your psi for your home, would determine if you will have enough water flow to run two at a time. We recommend contacting us on our customer service line at 1-800-345-3358 between the hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday ~ Friday as well as 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday CST, to be able to assist you further with this inquiry.

In the specsheet for this valve, it says "not recommended of tub application. No tub outlet".
I need the valve to operate tub spout, Handheld shower, wall shower (all the three independently). Also, handheld shower and wall shower to be operated simultaneously. In the specsheet, it says "Not recommended for tub outlet. No tub outlet". Does this mean I cannot use this valve if I need to operate tub spout and showers? If yes, what is the alternative?
Thank you for your question. This valve is not designed to be used with a tub spout. However, you may connect a non-diverter tub spout to one of the diverter ports as a temperature tester. Since the flow rate from the spout would be lower than a standard installation, we do not recommended to use it as a tub filler.
Alternatively, you can install an R10000 and R11000 valve with corresponding trim kits. The tub spout should be connected to the bottom port of an R10000 valve to provide sufficient flow to fill a tub.

What is the recommend pipe size and water pressure for this diverter ?
Thank you for your question. The Delta MultiChoice R22000-WS valve, is a universal type fitting and is 1/2" NPT male thread with 1/2" C.W.T. female sweat. It sweats onto 1/2" C.W.T. or accepts 1/2" iron pipe, PEX or CPVC adapters. The flow rate at 80 PSI is between 5.6 gpm and 7.4 gpm depending on the series of trim/cartridge used.
