I removed my stopper assembly from the waste plug and the screw that connets the two was missing. Can I order just that screw?
Thank you for your question, CoyR. The screw is part of the RP16686 Stopper Assembly and, unfortunately, is not available separately.
Best regards, Jon

Drain plug will not stop water when in down or up position. Adjust?
Bought and installed 1 month ago. The stopper has never prevented water from exiting the drain, regardless of if I have it pushed in the down or in the up position. I assume it needs to screw in more (deeper) but I can not seem to figure out how to do so. HELP Please. The kids are dirty and need a bath!! :-)
Hi Todd, Thank you for your question. The RP16686 stopper assembly should tighten down into the RP16687 waste plug by turning the assembly in a clockwise direction. If the stopper assembly does not seal the tub after being tightened please call our toll free Homeowners/Warranty line at 1-800-345-3358 for further assistance. I have attached a link to the parts breakdown of the entire drain assembly to help with your repair.
