How come RP19895 comes without a stem to attach to the wall.I have received two diverters without the stems

Asked by: joen
Hi, joen! Thank you for your question. The RP19895 threads in the nose of the spout or threads onto a 1/2' IPS nipple. Best Regards, Rosanna

I ordered anew faucet  RP19895.  It arrived but my old faucet has a lasting insert inside which provides threads for it to screw on closers to the wall?  Is there a different part I need or do I need to try to pull the insert out of the old faucet piece?

Asked by: GoldyTLC
Hello, GoldyTLC. Thank you for your question! Based on your description, the original spout used the RP12307 adapter. To install the RP19895 Tub Spout, the pipe would need to be replaced with a longer threaded pipe nipple. We still make spouts that use the RP12307 Adapter such as the RP5834. Best regards, Jon

Looking for a RP7533 replacement

Is this part compatible? Since the RP7533 is obsolete, I am looking for a part with the same threads and same diameter at the back (about 3 inches) so it covers the hole in our tiles
Asked by: Chris
Hi Chris, Thank you for your question. The RP5834 tub spout is the thread on version and the RP19820 is the slip on version of the RP7533 spout. Thanks, Dave
