Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful Fixture I have 3 of these shower heads in my bathrooms, all Victorian bronze. They are beautiful and match all my bathroom fixtures but unfortunately one is leaking and spraying water in all different directions. My husband took it apart to try to fix but unfortunately can't.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really good until its not... I have 6 of these shower heads in 5 different bathrooms. Very clean and upscale design for the price. However, one started leaking very badly and is also dripping (possible valve issue too). Upon inspection it appears the internal gasket in the showerhead is deteriorated. Unfortunately the leaking showerhead is in the master bath which has double heads. It appears I will have to remove one from another bathroom to keep matching heads and replace the defective unit. I am now concerned about the longevity of the remaining showerheads.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great but not put together well We bought a home last year built by Toll brothers who installed all Delta products. The Master Bath has two of these shower heads where one sprung a leak just like others reported (in between the cone and the base). Took the head apart (it came off very easily at the cone) and can see that the washers are cracked which is the reason for the leaks. I am stuck with deciding whether to replace this one head with the same model or spend extra and replace both shower heads and handles.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from shower head came apart The shower head had water pouring out of the seam between the 2 parts; and, then the bottom half of the shower head came off. I cannot put the 2 pieces back together. I have all Delta fixtures in my home and several of them are starting to fail.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from RP34355 Leaks We refinished our house about 10 years ago and replaced all bathroom fixtures with Delta products. Really like the looks. Unfortunately just like the others this shower head started leaking in the back. I have 2, the other one gets less use and still works. The head should either be serviceable for a low cost or don't charge $85 to replace it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good shower head, but leaks We purchased a large Toll Brothers built home in 2005, where all plumbing fixtures were from Delta. In general, we are quite satisfied with all Delta products. However, we have encountered problem with the Delta Victorian 5 1/2” touch clean 3 setting Venetian bronze shower heads. It is a bit annoying to find that by April 2018, five of the six installed shower heads are leaking.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No instructions on how to set the 3-functions Have the shower head but it only has ONE function, no instructions anyplace on how to use the 3-function Delta promises Why Delta does not have a list of instructions so we can download?

I see many people have the same problem with this shower head RP34355. Water gushes around edges. I have cleaned with water & vinegar as suggested hoping that distribution flow is the problem, but to no avail. Any help would be appreciate?

There is a rubber washer or o ring inside this shower head. How can I get a replacement?

My shower head leaks out the side. An o-ring from the hardware store doesn't fix the problem.
Asked by: Frank
Hi, Frank! Thank you for your question. The shower head o-ring is not a replaceable part. If the shower head o-ring needs to be replaced, you would have to replace the whole shower head. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do I clean debris out of head? I had to install a new hot water tank & after startup the water slowed down to a trickle

Asked by: Sixpack
Hi Sixpack, Thank you for your question! We do not recommend the shower head to be completely taken apart for cleaning. Our recommendation is soaking the entire shower head in a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar for approximately 10-15 minutes to dissolve any minerals. You can also remove the debris screen in the back of the shower head to rinse it. Best regards, Brandis
