Hi, I need to replace my bath tab spouter/pull-up diverter. I need a 1 and1/2 inch model to fit the pipe. Also a long model to reach over tub lip.

Asked by: Joe
Hi Joe! Thank you for your question. All of our tub spouts are made to fit a 1/2" connection. Best Regards, Rosanna

I need a spout that will screw onto a 1.1/8 inch pipe coming out of wall. Will this fit? Thanks

Asked by: Doug
Thank you for your question, Doug. This tub spout can be threaded onto a 1/2" pipe that extends 5/8 - 1 5/8” from the wall. It can also sweat onto a 2 - 4" smooth 1/2" copper pipe. Best regards, Jon

Just installed a T14486-SS Tub Shower set up. Looks great - question is: Does the small plastic rectangle in the tub spout opening stay in place?

Does this insert stay or do i remove it? I assume it is there to give the flow of water some form as it falls - and if it were removed water would just fall out of the faucet. However - i am concerned that it is restricting flow? Let me know! thanks!
Asked by: Dan
Thank you for your question. The small rectangle peice is necessary for proper water flow, and it does not restrict the flow.
