Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Shower This Delta handle not only looks beautiful, but works as well to control the shower water flow to the 3 positions: rain head, rain head & shower wand & wand only. Very pleased with the product & build.com service & prices.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality Delta product Typical Delta product, quality and nice looking. One of the primary reasons I purchase Delta plumbing fixtures is their customer service and ability to get spare parts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Does this have a 115 degree max anti scald feature?

Asked by: Seth
Hi, Seth! Thank you for your question. This is a diverter trim kit that diverts water from one shower unit to another. The diverter does not control temperature. Best Regards, Rosanna

I have a 11861 diverter. The contractor mistakenly plugged the left port instead of the right port as the instructions said. What would be the result?

Asked by: Goat
Hi Goat, Thank you for your question. With your current 3-setting cartridge, you will only get flow through one of the showering components. Unfortunately, the right port must be capped in order for the unit to operate correctly. However, if you install a 6-setting cartridge, the handle will rotate all the way around. This will allow you to use both ports, but you will also have additional functions that are redundant or non-working. 6-Setting Cartridge, RP51919: http://www.deltafaucet.com/repairparts/details/rp51919.html You may also want to exchange the trim kit for a complete 6-Setting Trim, T11961, so that the indicator marks on the plate match the handle positions. http://www.deltafaucet.com/bath/details/t11961.html Best regards, Jon
