Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta T13220 I am not sure about this product. I already had to replace the the water handle, the housing for the set screw had cracked and would no longer tighten the handle to the stem/cartridge. The replacement trim kit has no information about the Allen Wrench size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was installed in a small shower. The customer wanted the shower head to spray more downward than it did and ended up changing the shower head. It will work fine in a larger shower situation.

Which one of the rough valves has female threads to be used with this trim

Asked by: Anno
Hi Anno, Thank you for your question! This trim will work with any R10000 Rough-In Valve. Update possible?

I have an older Delta shower control. It is a single crystal knob with up/down - on/off and left and right action for hot and cold. Will your Faucet model # T13220-SS in stainless work as an update WITHOUT removing the current shower valve? I'd like to update the look of the shower with a handle and in brushed stainless. Thank you in advance for your assistance. - Larry
Asked by: Larry
Hi Larry, Thank you for your question! I have determined you have our 600 series tub/shower. It is a discontinued unit and none of the current trims we offer will fit onto the existing valve body. However, we do manufacture a renovation kit part number RP54870. The kit comes with the escutcheon(face plate), screws, sleeve, dome shaped cap assembly, lever handle and internal parts. You will have to order your choice of showerhead, shower arm, shower flange and tub spout separate. The kit is available in Chrome, Venetian bronze and Stainless Steel finish. Best regards, Brandis

Water does not get as hot at shower as compared to the rest of the house.

This is a single lever, shower only control. Pretty sure it is model T132220 or something very similar. Was installed less than two years ago as part of a home renovation. It would be categorized as a new installation. Buyer states she has used the shower very little (lives alone and usually uses the other bathroom). This problem seems to have happened over time. This fixture is closest to the hot water heater compared to other locations (that get hotter).
