Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the brand! We are up-dating a bath and were happy to be able to get the matching tub/shower to go with the faucet we already had. Delta is our preferred brand.

which rough-in valve body do i order for #T13420 PBSHCPD & which tub drain?

Asked by: Jan
Hi Jan, Thank you for your questions! Any of our Universal R10000 rough in valves will work with the T13420-PBSHCPD. The standard valve is the R10000-UNBX. Also, we currently only carry the RP391PB trip lever bath waste in the Polished Brass finish. Best regards, Brandis

how do I divert flow from the tub to the shower or vice versa?

I am looking for shower trim and valve where I can set the destination of the water to shower or tub at the valve, not at the tub faucet. Thanks
Asked by: WW
Hi WW, Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, all of our current trim kits have a diverter on the tub spout rather than in the valve. Best regards, Jon

My shower temperature does not stay as hot as it use to, can I adjust the scald guard? Also the water flow seems less, can that be fixed?

Asked by: Tom
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T13420-PBSHCPD contains a rotational limit stop that may need adjusting to allow more hot water to flow through the valve. Included here are the maintenance and installation instructions to adjust the limit stop. The directions are on page 8. As for the water flow, you may have mineral deposits in your catridge. While you are adjusting your limit stop, we recommend taking out your cartridge and shaking it back and forth to loosen any deposits. You can also soak it in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and cold water overnight. http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/t13420.html?document=mi&documentIndex=0&proUser=true#flashWrapper
