Where do I buy this in Maine?  Can it be installed in a residential house as says commercial.  I live in Europe most of year and this kind of set up pretty standard (fixed head and hand held over tub) but I am finding to my surprise not so standard in US.

Asked by: Mel1
Thank you for your question, Mel1! This tub and shower combo is available for order through many of our dealers, online retailers or can be purchased from the warranty center directly and can be used in a residential setting. Best regards, Edward

I'm wanting to install something similar that has the diverter for shower heads but also a tub spout. Is there a residential version of this in a different style?

Asked by: Justin931
Justin931, Thank you for your question. We recommend using a diverter tub spout connected to the bottom port of the R10000 valve. However, you may connect a non-diverter tub spout to a port of the diverter valve as a toe-tester. Note that the flow rate will be reduced by about 1 GPM when compared with the bottom port of an R10000 Rough-In Valve. This setup would require an R10000 Rough-In Valve with a 13/14, 17, or 17T Tub and Shower Trim Kit and an R11000 Rough-In Valve with a 3 or 6-Setting Diverter Trim Kit. Best regards, Jon

I like the fixed shower head and hand held but I this fora shower so a bath tub fill is not needed. Can I simply cap off the output to that and use it as a fixed and hand held?

Asked by: clauden
Hi, Clauden! Thank you for your question. The tub output for the R10700-UNW that comes with the T13H932 can be plugged so that you do not have to use the tub spout assembly. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can the shower head and the hand held shower be on at the same time? If yes, is there a drop in pressure?

Asked by: Larry M
Thank you for your question, Larry. The diverter will allow you to run the shower head and hand shower at the same time or individually. At 50 PSI or more, you will not notice a reduction in flow rate from either unit. Best regards, Jon
