Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great design! Love the look of this in our shower. It gives a great polished look to our shower.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Finish This replaced shiny gold so it looks better. It's appropriately priced. If I were designing it, the handle would be a little longer and not curved at the end. You cannot see the actual shape from this photo nor can you tell how short it is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shower mixing valve Nice product, beautifull finish and high quality standards as usual from Delta, easy to work with and worry free for years and years.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Well... The trim kit looks great, but it doesn't fit with our plumbing. The cartridge is a different size than the one we were replacing so it is unusable right now. Got to call a plumber to see if it can be used.

How does this control the water volume? Thx

Asked by: Milty
Thank you for your question, Milty! The pressure balance spool inside this cartridge regulates incoming hot and cold water and compensates for any change in pressure for both. As you turn the handle further to the hot marking, it allows for more water to enter into the valve and then directs it to the shower head. Best regards, Edward

We are completely remodeling a bathroom so all plumbing is new. What is the difference between theR1000-UNBX, R10000-UN, the R10000-UNWS?

Asked by: Chris49
Chris49, Thank you for your question! Our 13/14, 17, and 17T trim kits will work with any R10000 MultiChoice valve. UN versions have universal 1/2" copper and 1/2" IPS connections. BX indicates that it is sold as a single boxed item. The WS suffix means that the valve has integrated supply stops (With Stops). For other suffix codes, please refer the Technical Specifications: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-B-R10000%20Rev%20I.pdf Best regards, Jon
