compatible with Moen Positemp valve
I currently have a moen shower with a positemp valve. I was wondering if the arzo would be compatible with that valve so that I do not have to replace the valve.
Hi Rai, Thank you for your question. Our model T14286-SHQ shower trim would not be compatible with another brands rough in valve. You would also need to order our R10000 multichoice universal rough to complete your install.

T14286 shower head, water only gets slightly warm after install, not hot enough. How do I adjust temperature?
New bathroom installed by plumber. All sinks and separate tub have hot water except for shower. T14286 shower head will only get mildly warm. Need step-by-step instructions on how to take apart, adjust/replace part. It would be nice for the plumber to finish the job properly but I cannot justify taking off work for a 10min fix. Thanks, Ken
Hi Ken, Thank you for your question. You will need to remove the handle and trim sleeve to access the cartridge. Here is a link to our How to adjust the rotational limit stop video.

T1426-SHQ Showerhead leaking
The shower head drips for hours after shut off. Removed the shower head to clean the exterior and mineral build up on rubber nossles but it continues to drip. Is there a way to remove the plastic shower head insert from the chrome housing to clean from the inside?
Hi EB, Thank you for your question. If the shower head on your model T14286-SHQ shower trim is leaking hours after you shut the faucet off the issue is the cartridge in the valve body, not the shower head itself. Replacing the RP46074 cartridge should stop the leak.

Compatibility with 1700 Series
I have a 1700 series delta handle. Is the cartridge/handle from the T14286-SHQ compatible with my 1700 series handle, without installing the multichoice universal rough valve body? If not, what are my other options?
Thank you for your question. If you do not have the Delta Faucet multi-choice valve in your wall, then you will not be able to switch between the 1700 and 1400 series models. You will need to stay with a 1700 series trim and also keep your old cartridge as the new cartridge is for the multi-choice valve.
If you do need to replace your cartridge, you will need to purchase Delta Faucet model # RP32104.

Is the Showerhead adjustable up and down on the T14286-SHQ?
i want to know if the Delta Arzo Model #T14286-SHQ and also model #T14453 - if the showerhead stays put in the downward position? or if it's adjustable outward or up and down?
Hi Ilene, Thank you for your question. The RP62955 showerhead used in the models T14286-SHQ and T14453 faucets will move and pivot like a normal shower head. It is not a fixed position shower head.

I currently have a single-handle shower faucet knob that pulls out to turn the shower on, and rotates to select the temperature. I would like to replace it with a compatible product. Is this the way the Arzo model functions? If not, do you have any faucets that are compatible with this set-up? Thanks.
Thank you for your question. If your faucet pulls up and then rotates to the right or left for temperature, you have a 600 series faucet, and the Arzo line will not fit it. We do have a renovation kit for the 600 series, It is available in Chrome, Venetian Bronze, and Stainless Steel. The model number is RP54870. It includes everything but the showerhead, shower arm and flange, and the tub spout.
If your faucet does actually pull out and then right to left for temperature, it is not a Delta Faucet and the Arzo trim will not work.
