Rated 2 out of 5 by from Do not be fooled by the name We purchased this thinking that it was made of solid metal. It is not. It is made out of plastic. Not sure it is something you want to spend that kind of money on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mostly plastic This set looks very nice, but it is mostly made of plastic. The tub faucet feels flimsy and cheap. The only metal component is the shower handle. We are returning this for a more substantial faucet.

Q + A

it leaks water after you turn it off how do I fix that ? do I need to adjust or replace a part?

Hello, Weaver288! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. We do recommend to flush the valve body to make sure no debris is stuck inside causing the leak. To flush, turn off the water supply to the faucet. Remove the handle assembly, unscrew the bonnet ring and remove the cartridge assembly and all seals. Rinse and clean the cartridge out thoroughly. Turn both the hot and cold water back on for 10 to 15 seconds to flush out the valve body. After the allotted time, turn the water off and reinstall all of the components. Make sure that there is no debris on the cartridge assembly and seals. If this does not fix the leak, we would recommend to replace the seal kit, RP4993. Is the tub spout plastic?

Some parts could be plastic and not bother me but the tub spout needs to be metal or that is a deal breaker for me

is the showerhead adjustable?

Is this available as a shower installation only, no tub?

Hi James, Thank you for your question. The Temp2O Technology feature is available in the Ara collection as the T14401-T2O tub and shower trim and as the T14001-T2O-LHP valve only trim. It is not available as a shower only trim. Thanks, Dave
