Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice It is really convenient to be able to keep the temperature setting and just turn on the water. No more adjusting the temperature. Also has a valve that keeps water temp within 3 degrees. Hope it works as advertised. Have not needed it yet. No more surprises from your spouse when a toilet is flushed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shower Faucet Easy to install unless you need a new universal valve in the wall. If you do, best to hire a plumber to install it. The temperature control and Scald Guard features are great.

the knob that controls the temperature on our faucet is coming off. How can I fix this?

Asked by: asher
Hi Asher, Thank you for your question. You should be able to pry the cover off of the temperature knob using your fingers. Tightening the screw that holds the temperature knob in place should solve your issue. If the cover or knob are damaged please call our toll free Homeowners help line at 1-800-345-3358 for further assistance. Thanks, Dave

I have a Classic 17 series shower valve.

Can you tell me if the control knob levers off of the control handle. There are no visible screws or allen screws (except for the long escutcheon screws). Older unit, age unknown. It has volume control feature
Asked by: Kevin Bailey Architect
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17030 has two handles-one for volume and one for temperature. If you pop off the one for the temperture by squeezing the sides together slightly and then pulling on the pointed side, there is a screw underneath that holds the cartridge in place. Make sure you turn off the water supply before removing the handle.
