Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just average. We find it to be just average. First off for the price it shouldn’t be plastic! Not much water pressure from it. Wish both shower options would work at the same time instead it’s - one or the other. Why is there an off option? I can turn it off at the on/off valve!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delta Tesla shower fixture I bought this shower head/trim because of the Delta name and the separate volume and temperature handles. Tesla is the only style of Delta shower trim where the fastening screws are hidden behind the plate, resulting in a smooth, classy look. It's a nice match with my Delta Addison faucet. The shower head is good, too, with different options for water flow. Another reviewer complained that the water doesn't come out of all holes all the time. This is true but that's due to the variations in how the water is supposed to come out. You can find out more about this on the Delta site where they show the different water flow options. Also, the shower head is plastic, not metal, but every shower head of this type (Delta, Moen, etc.) is made of plastic.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as advertised I bought this shower head and didn't open box and examine it when arrived. After my contractor installed it, I realized it's NOT chrome but chrome colored plastic. For the price I paid, it should be metal not plastic. I learned a valuable lesson and will always examine anything I purchase as soon as it's delivered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not what I expected . I recently remodeled my bathroom and I chose this model for the looks and the quality in the name . When installed and using it now , it has a lever with three settings. One is for the normal spray , the wave setting and I guess the third is for the pause feature which I thought was defective. All of the holes are not in use when using the normal setting . I don't know if that is normal but it seems to me all the rubber spray holes should be in use or else why have them there. Very Nice but did Not fill my expectations.

I had 2 Tesla 17 Series shower heads/handles installed by a plumber, there is a lot of play in both volume control knobs but the temperature control knobs are nice & snug. Is there a way to tighten the volume control knob so they are not so loose?

Asked by: SteveB
Hi, SteveB! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta Monitor T17252 shower unit. We recommend to remove the temperature knob and cover, push the sleeve assembly back as far as it can go. This will allow the volume handle assembly to be pushed back further and the temperature knob and cover to be tightened so that the volume handle does not have so much play. If this does no fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can water spray from outer rings and inner rings at same time?

Asked by: DeDe
Hi, DeDe! Thank you for your question. The shower head has three settings, Full Body Spray, H2Okinetic® Spray, and a pause setting. The Full Body Spray will only spray out of the outer rings and the H2Okinetic® Spray will spray out of the inner rings. The outer and inner rings will not spray at the same time. R10000-UNWSHF

Is it better to install this HF valve for the valve trim? What would be the difference vs. the regular flow?
Asked by: shaun
Hi shaun, Thank you for your question! You will not notice a difference in flow with only one shower head. The High Flow version is designed for a higher output for running multiple shower heads. The R10000-UNWSHF valve does not have a bottom port. On a non-HF valve, the bottom port must be capped off for a shower only installation. Best regards, Jon
