Warm water

The faucet is turned all the way to hot, but does not get as hot as the sink (it's not the hot water heater). Is there a way to adjust up the temperature control?
Asked by: DAN
Thank you for your question, Dan! Due to variations in water pressure and temperature, the Rotational Limit Stop may need to be adjusted to allow more hot water into the mix. Please see our How-To Video for adjusting the RLS. https://www.deltafaucet.com/cms/render/live/en/sites/delta/home/video-gallery/video-page.html?videoId=n2_uZ7wgV1I Best regards, Jon

I have found that the faucet will allow only the slightest trickle of hot water when the Cold feed has been turned off.

Is this related to the "monitor" function?
Asked by: mowjoe
Hi mowjoe, Thank you for your question. The Monitor pressure balance feature is designed to maintain the temperature of the water when the pressure changes on one side (like when a toilet is flushed in the home). The cartridge balances the flow of water to the side with the lowest pressure. If the cold water supply is turned off, the cartridge will close off the hot side as well, so no water will flow. Best regards, Jon

does the rubberr in the shower head spray holes contain latex

latex allergy- need latex free products
Asked by: amanda
Hi, Amanda! Thank you for your question. Delta does not specify Latex material in its showering products. However, because thermoplastic rubber (which is a physical mix of polymers) is used in some of the products, we can’t guarantee that there is no Latex contained in those products. Use of thermoplastic rubber in these kinds of applications is common. We understand that some individuals have a severe allergic reaction to Latex. We can’t guarantee that there is no Latex present in the material. However, we do not specify the use of Latex material. Best Regards, Rosanna

Are there any exposed screws? When the water is running through the tub spout how do you get it to go to the shower head?

Asked by: Trish
Hi Trish, Thank you for your question. This unit does not have any exposed screws. There is a diverter near the end of the tub spout that lifts up to divert water to the shower head. Best regards, Jon
