My tub takes much longer to fill since I had the new Delta faucet installed. Is there a way to adjust the water flow?

Asked by: Ellie
Hi, Ellie! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. We do recommend to flush the valve body to make sure no debris is stuck inside that maybe causing the low flow. To flush: first turn the water off at your water supply. Remove the handle, remove the sleeve assembly, unscrew the bonnet nut. Pull the cartridge assembly straight out. The cartridge can be cleaned by rinsing this out thoroughly in another sink. Once everything is removed, turn the water supply back on. This will flush the water straight through the open valve body. Keep this on for a good 30-45 seconds. Turn the water off and reinstall parts. If this does not solve the issue, the valve cartridge assembly may need to be replaced. If you should need further assistance, please contact us back. Best Regards, Rosanna

Is this everything that I need for my bathroom shower

Does this have a valve for behind the wall, or do I still need to purchase that? Does this also divert to a hand shower? If not, Can you direct me to something that can control a hand shower and a rain shower head. I also need a set with valve for my tub with tub outlet and a showerhead
Asked by: bufforlife
Dear Bufforlife, Thank you for your question. The Delta Zura TempAssure T17T474-SS is a Bathtub and Shower Trim kit only. You would still need the Delta Rough In valve R10000-UNBX. To install a handshower with this unit, you would also need the Delta Zura Diverter Trim T11874 and Diverter Rough in Valve R11000. This will give you the option of showerhead by itself, handshower by itself and both units running water at the same time. Best regards, Tanya
