I'm a Journeyman Plumber building my own shower. Were using the duel control mixing valve T27000 series mixing valve, Ara design. Very curious as to what the measurement is of the handle passing the 6 13/16ths square escusion. Thank you for your reply

Asked by: Scott67
Thank you for your question, Scott67. The handle is about 3-5/16" from the center of the handle to the tip. It extends 1" past the escutcheon plate. Best regards, Jon

I bought this trim kit and Integrated Shower Diverter R22000. Is there anything else that is needed for installation? My plumber is saying I'm missing 2 cartridges for proper 3 setting operation. That seems insane.

Asked by: Ross
Hi, Ross! Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that your Delta trim kit did not come with the cartridges. The T27T867 Integrated trim kit should come with both the valve cartridge assembly, RP47201, and the diverter cartridge assembly, RP51918. If the valve cartridge and diverter cartridge did not come with the trim kit, please contact the place you've purchased this at for a return/exchange. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Best Regards, Rosanna

Valve installation instructions were not very good. Diverted diagram shows sprayer installation on right side when in fact the diverted directs it to the left side. Is there anyway to reverse the diverted direction?  I am assuming no.

Asked by: Bob Emig
Hello Bob Emig, Thank you for your question. Installing a hand shower on the right side of the Delta Angular Modern Integrated 3-Setting 17T Series T27T867 you would just need to install the 6-Setting diverter cartridge assembly RP51919, to still have your three settings. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP51919 Best regards, Tanya

How do you take the shower temp select cap off and tighten up the assembly to make the shower temp select cap and water select lever asmbly less wobbly.  We have the Asa Model. Thanx. Erik

Asked by: Erik
Hi, Erik! Thank you for your question. The temperature cover for the Delta T27T867 trim kit by pulling the cover straight off. This will expose the temperature knob. Tighten the knob with a Philip's screw driver. Best Regards, Rosanna

Does this shower unit, T27T867 meet California water conservation requirements?

My concern is the option of turning on both the shower head and the handheld simultaneously would surpass the 2.0GPM limit imposed in CA.... Thank you
Asked by: Ron
Hi Ron! Thank you for your question. The R22000 integrated shower diverter rough valve when used with the T27T867 trim has a minimum of 5.9 gpm allowance at 40psi, so you may need to use either a RP71717 (2 setting non-shared) or RP71718 (3 setting non-shared) diverter cartridge in order to stay within local water restrictions. This would also depend on the other products you plan on installing. Best regards, Edward

Looking to have a normal shower head along with a rain shower head.  I'm looking to be able to use the shower head function by itself, rain head by itself, and then shower head and rain head at the same time.  Will this valve allow for this?

Asked by: Alex
Thank you for your question, Alex! This will allow you to run the shower head and rain can shower individually or together. This trim requires an R22000 Rough-In Valve. https://www.deltafaucet.com/search-results?searchTerm=R22000+ Best regards, Jon

Could we use this diverter in a tub/shower combination where we'll have a rain head and a hand held? Or would we have to then have a tub spout with a diverter or would we need the 6 setting diverter?

Asked by: Oggy
Hello Oggy, Thank you for your question. The Delta Angular TempAssure Integrated T27T867-SS is not designed to be used with a tub spout. However, you may connect a non-diverter tub spout to one of the diverter ports as a temperature tester. Since the flow rate from the spout would be lower than a standard installation, we do not recommended to use it as a tub filler. Alternatively, you can install an R10000 and R11000 valve with corresponding trim kits. The tub spout should be connected to the bottom port of an R10000 valve to provide sufficient flow to fill a tub. https://www.deltafaucet.com/search-results?searchTerm=r10000%2C+r11000 Best regards, Tanya

Asked by: MaryEllen
Hi, MaryEllen. Thank you for your question! You can increase the maximum temperature by adjusting the Rotational Limit Stop. Please refer to page 5 of the Installation Instructions. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/93488%20Rev%20B.pdf Best regards, Jon
