Hi, would like to buy a 6 setting diverter. would prefer it to be square plate like Model#: T27T967, would also prefer it to be in brushed nickel. Suggestions???

Asked by: Damien
Hi Damien, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Angular Modern 6-Setting Shower Trim T27T967-SS in the Stainless finish would be the closest finish matching a Brushed Nickel finish. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/T27T967-SS Best regards, Tanya

Functionality

Hello, I am looking to use this with a hand shower, rain shower and standard shower head. Can all components be individually controlled (on one at a time) and then all on at the same time?
Asked by: GP2
Dear GP2, Thank you for your question. A hand shower and both shower heads can be installed with the Delta Angular T27T967 valve trim. This will allow each individual unit running by themselves and 3 shared positions between each item. Best regards, Tanya

Can this diverter be used for shower head, hand shower and tub faucet?

In faucet direct.com says that is not recommended for tub spouts applications.. What is the reason for this?
Asked by: Dany M.
Thank you for your question, Dany. We do not recommend using this valve with a tub spout as it the flow rate is reduced by the diverter. Instead, we recommend using an R10000 with tub and shower trim and separate R11000 diverter valve and trim to switch between the shower head and hand shower. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/showering/shower-components Best regards, Jon

Hello - i am installing a shower head, hand shower and an overhead rain shower head - 3 elements. I will use no more that 2 at a time.

Do i require a 3 or 6 position diverter? Thanks
Asked by: Lumberjackbrian
Hi Lumberjackbrian, Thank you for your question! To use all three ports you will need a 6-Setting Diverter. This will allow individual and shared positions between each item. Best regards, Jon

What is a 6 setting diverter valve and what is a 3 setting valve? What does each do, and what are the advantages of a 6 vs 3?

Asked by: Scott Brennan
Dear Scott Brennan, Thank you for your question. The Delta Angular Modern T27867 and T27967, 3 and 6 Setting Integrated Diverter and Trim, are used when adding handshower, body sprays, or another showerhead. The top handle is the diverter handle, to switch from one or combination of two running at the same time. If you are adding one extra showering unit, you would use the 3 setting and if you are adding two extra showering units you would use the 6 setting. Best regards, Tanya
