Do I need to hold the diverter on the faucet up in order for the handheld shower to work, or should the lift rod stay in the open position by itself?
Thank you for your question Kim.
The lift rod will stay up in the open position when using the handheld shower.

fast fill roman tub faucet
I'm look for a roman tub faucet with a fast fill for a whirlpool tub, like 10 gallons minimum per min or better. I'd love a waterfall faucet. Best suggestions please?
Hi Debbie, Thank you for your question!
Our roman tub valves put out 18gpm at 60psi.
Best regards, Brandis

Will this work?
I have what I think is a t27 style valve. Was installed in 2000. Trim has 2 plastic round knobs, spout has screw on back side and spout swivels. However it does not have a handheld sprayer. Is it possible to install this with perhaps an add on diverter piece to my existing valve set up?
Thank you for your question. This trim will only work with valves that have a diverter in the spout adapter. Unfortunately, to use this trim your rough-in valve would need to be replaced with an R4707 valve.
