Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very slick device, highly recommend it!! I had a bathroom renovated and wanted to have a dual device for tub and a handheld shower head. The problem is that most of these devices are not that nice or modern. Most of them were round and I wanted a more modern look. Finally I found this device. Delta T27967. I am glad I did. It works great, looks amazing and has a very nice look to it. I bought the one with the chrome finish. I definitely would buy this again and recommend it to others. Easy to clean as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth, elegant, attractive shower control The 6 way controls allow 3 separate heads to be used one at a time or a combination of any 2 at once. The temperature control is basically “set it and forget it” with only a minor adjustment needed for a hotter/cooler shower temperature preference. We rarely adjust it. The controls have a very smooth rotational feel. This wasn’t inexpensive but it looks great and simply works as expected.

What is the difference in a 6 setting diverter and a 3 setting diverter? What are the settings?

Asked by: Robert J
Hello Robert J, Thank you for your inquiry! A 3/6 Setting diverter unit is used when you have one or two extra showering features are being added to your tub/shower or shower faucet. Showering features such as body sprays, hand shower, shower heads, etc. The 3 function diverter unit would have 2 individual positions and 1 shared position. The 6 function diverter unit would have 3 individual positions and 3 shared positions. Please see page 8 of the below document for diverter positions. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/92345%20Rev%20B.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Can you run body spray/normal head and rain head at same time

Hello, I'm looking to have a rain head, body wond and a regular shower head in my new bath room. I want to be able to have regular head and body wand on at the same time. I also want to have regular head and rain head on at the same time. Is this possible with this unit?
Asked by: Craig Lanning
Hi Craig Lanning, Thank you for your question. All three components can be connected to the 6-setting diverter. Only one or two can be run at once, in any combination. Best regards, Jon

We just finished installing this product, but the temperature control only changes the temperature between warm water and hot water. We cannot get any cold water to come out whatsoever no matter how it is set. Any solutions?

Asked by: frank
Thank you for your question, Frank! The cartridge on your new Delta shower trim has a rotational limit stop that must be set during installation. Information on making this adjustment can be found on page 6 of the maintenance and installation manual. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/102018%20Rev%20A.pdf Best regards, Edward

Can I use a Delta Angular Modern Monitor® 17 Series Valve Trim with 6-Setting Integrated Diverter Model#: T27967-SS With a RP71717 two position Diverter For a tub and shower without restricting water flow to the tub?

Asked by: Robert
Thank you for your question, Robert! Although the RP71717 non-shared 2 setting diverter cartridge will allow you to divert between two functions independently, an integrated diverter rough-in valve is not recommended for use with a tub spout as this is a shower-only valve. You may connect a non-diverter tub spout to one of the diverter ports as a temperature tester, however since the flow rate from the spout would be lower than a standard installation, we do not recommended to use it as a tub filler. Alternatively, you can install an R10000 and R11000 valve with corresponding trim kits. The tub spout should be connected to the bottom port of an R10000 valve to provide sufficient flow to fill a tub. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/R10000-UNBX https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/R11000 Best regards, Edward Phone: 1-800-345-3358 | Email: customerservice@deltafaucet.com | Facebook/Twitter: @deltafaucet

What is the difference between T27967 and T27T967 ? Can the T27967 be used with R22000WS ?

Asked by: Pooja
Thank you for your inquiry, Pooja! The Delta Angular 17 Series T27967-SS and the Integrated 17 Series TempAssure T27T967-SS are very similar is design and function. However, the TempAssure Thermostatic cartridge measures and monitors the temperature of the water and automatically adjusts to maintain a more precise water temperature. Best regards, Tanya
