Holy guacamole! Loaded with moisturizing fats and skin-sloughing vitamin A, avocados are a godsend for rough, flaky skin.
1 Tbsp. honey
¼ c. rolled oats (no instant oatmeal shortcuts; use the real thing)
1. Slice open the avocado and scoop the contents into a small bowl; toss the pit.
2. Using a fork, mix in honey (a natural antioxidant and moisturizer), then mash in rolled oats.
3. Apply mixture to your face in a thick layer; let it set for 15 minutes.
4. Gently massage the mask around your face in circular motions so the oats can do their exfoliating duty.
5. Rinse and follow with moisturizer.
Eggs aren’t only good for breakfast and baked goods. Their numerous proteins make them beauty products, too, doing wonders for maintaining skin’s elasticity. And their frothy whites sap skin of blemish-causing grease.
1 egg white
½ lemon, juiced
1. Whisk together egg white and lemon juice, which acts as a skin brightener.
2. Dip your fingers into the mixture and apply to your face, working quickly and avoiding your eyes. Let the mask set about 20 minutes or until completely dry.
3. Working from your hairline in, gently peel off the mask—don’t be surprised to see a few blackheads come off with it.
4. Use a warm washcloth to wipe away any leftovers.

1 Tbsp. plain Greek or standard yogurt
Dollop of aloe vera gel
1. Blend small cucumber to a pulp.
2. In a small bowl, combine cucumber with yogurt (a moisturizer with natural antibacterial properties) and aloe vera gel.
3. Mix well.
4. Apply a thick coat to your face and neck, and let sit 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Wet a washcloth with warm water and rinse off the mask in a circular motion.
