Rated 5 out of 5 by from Functional addition to the kitchen This faucet is a great addition to our kitchen remodel. It gets used almost daily. The faucet is sturdy and well made. As do-it-yourselfers, we would have liked more detailed installation instructions. Example, in order to change the handle position; removed the handle from the valve cartridge, reposition the valve and replace the screw and cover. We also used plumber tape and a small of pipe thread sealant. We are very happy with the end results.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Water won't shut off We just had our kitchen remodeled and we added this beautiful pot filler. Used it maybe 3 times and now the water won't shut off from the back shut off. So disappointed that this is happening.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great customer service I bought this product for our new home and it looks really nice. However it leaked at the shutoff nearest the wall. I called Delta and the sent me TWO shutoffs without any hassle or question. Very impressed with the customer service. Will be a dedicated Delta customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pot Filler Valve Cartridge I experienced minor leakage from one of the two valve cartridges in my Delta pot filler. Delta sent a new valve assembly to me in clouding the exterior valve handle. More parts than I expected. Nice though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size, style, and quality I bought this faucet about two and a half years ago and love it still. I bought it so it would fit under my microwave, off to the side of my stove. As any potfiller would, it only reaches the two left side burners, but those are the only two i use for pot filling anyway, and it is easy to slide the pot over regardless. This was the perfect style i was looking for and other pot filler were to high from top to bottom, or were not my style, or poorly rated for quality. Would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so great I bought the product and installed on Jul 2017. Last week - 11 Oct, the wall mount faucet was leaking water; meaning that even if this is off, the extended faucet is still draining water when it is on. I called Delta customer service and they sent me a new part for free without hassle. The reason why I rate this 3 is because it "broke" in 3 months. It was easy to install the parts if you have the tools. If you are not a handyperson or do not have the tools you will probably spend money for the plumber to replace the parts for 2 minutes. I still love the design and its purpose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent customer service The pot filler works well and is very well made. One of the two valves leaked a bit so I called customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement valve assembly. It took all of five minutes to replace. I am very impressed that Delta backs their products like this.

Can the pot filler be hooked up to either hot or cold water lines. Does it matter

Hello JasonW, Thank your for your question! We do not recommend using hot water for the Delta Wall Mount Pot Filler 1177LF, for safety protection reasons. This unit is designed for cold water only connection. Best regards, Tanya

The arms on my pot filler are not parallel when in the closed position. The elbows are tight, with no play in them(as they should be). How can this be fixed?  I haven’t installed it yet.  Thanks

Asked by: BobbyR
Hi, BobbyR! Thank you for your question. The 1177LF pot filler should fold and arms should be parallel. The elbows should not be tight and fold smoothly. We do recommend to return back to the store if this one is not working correctly, as it should. Best Regards, Rosanna

Is this pot filler compatible with reverse osmosis-filtered water?

Asked by: Ben
Hi Ben, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, this faucet has not been tested with a reverse osmosis system. The faucet can be used, but low PH water provided by the R/O system may affect the internal o-rings over time. Best regards, Jon

Valve Orientation

I have installed this pot filler slightly right of the cook top so it is centered a little better when folded. When folded the top valve (closest to where the water is dispensed) points directly at the back wall when folded if it is in the "closed" position. This means that if I fold the pot filler back and leave it in the closed position the end would hit my wall. Can this be changed so the valve points forward instead of backward? Also, I though it was odd that a clockwise turn caused the water to turn on instead of off, like most faucets. Can this be changed/adjusted?
Asked by: TY
Thank you for your question, TY. While the direction of the handle rotation cannot be changed, you can change the position of the handle when it is off. To do this, turn off supplies, then remove the cap and screw. Pull off the handle, then reinstall it onto the spines where you would like it in the off position. Best regards, Jon

Why is this product not available in and not shipped to CA?

I can't buy it here in CA and nobody will ship it here - why?
Asked by: Phil W
Hello Phil W, Thank you for your question. Due to recent California mandates, faucets installed in the kitchen and lavatory are required to have a flow rate of 1.2 GPM or less. Delta model 1177LF-SS has a flow rate of 4.0 GPM. Best Regards, Courtney

Inverted nstall possible?

Is it possible to install "inverted" like this picture? The delta spout would of course be rotated 180 degrees. This would make sure the first arm could clear even the ttallest pot that may be next to the wall while filling a pot on the front side of the stove.
Asked by: Eric
Hi Eric, Thank you for your question. Both arms can be rotated over 180 degrees, so the spout can be positioned on the right or left. I hope this answers your question! Best regards, Jon
