Thank you for your question. We would recommend flushing out each Innoflex PEX line to clear it out, as this is where debris and/or particles seem to accumulate. To do this, gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket.
Shut off both water supplies.
Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line and point it into a bucket.
Move the handle to the full on position, middle temperature.
Turn on the cold supply valve full.
Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket.
Shut off cold water supply.
Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time.
Move the faucet handle handle to off position.
Reattach the hot side line.
To flush the cold side Innoflex line, just substitute cold for hot, and hot for cold in the steps.
If you're still getting a few remnants of debris in your water, unscrew the spray head from your hose and turn the water on with the hose pointed into the drain to flush the spray hose.
