Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not A Quality Replacement This faucet was provided by Delta as a replacement for the more heavy duty and quality made model 156-RBWF which had suffered loss of the bronze finish on the spout. This replacement product seems to be cheaply made. We have not experienced leaks in the spout yet as others have described, but we have experienced low water flow and the sprayer leaks with every use. The sprayer has some cheap plastic material covering it and has no real pressure to clean dishes or the sink. We are disappointed and had hoped we would be getting a better quality product for the replacement. It was touted as such by their customer service representative when he sent it to us. If there is a way to fix the leaking sprayer, please advise.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaking I put this in my home about a year ago and, like many others that have wrote poor reviews, it is leaking from mid stem. I have taken the whole thing apart and think the problem is an oring but can’t seem to find any replacement parts. I like this faucet but it is fairly cheap made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from After one year, still very good condition. We chose this model to be included in our new home one year ago. The faucet combination works perfectly for our use. I've always liked Delta products. Still do!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superior. Period. Rarely do believe a brand name matters due to the line of work that I am familiar with over the past decade. Many products are manufactured a lot of times in the same overseas factory, then given different product brand labels and we buy them. In 2008 I built two homes and elected to purchase Delta Faucets in the higher end home and another brand in the other home. I’ve replaced several faucets in the other house. I couldn’t find the seal kit for the only leaking Delta Faucet so I called them. They sent me the new seal kit. There was no additional charges. So you’ve heard, pay me now or oay me later. Delta is just pay me once and they stand by their Brand!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks I purchased this faucet a while back and it has started leaking in the mid-section at the joint where the faucet swivels. I am unable to find a solution to the problem and have noticed in the reviews that others are having the same problem. For the price of this unit I am very surprised it leaks. Please advise.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leak from stem! My faucet is leaking from the stem as mentioned here. The is the version that rotates from the mid body. I am unable to find a fix and a plumber looked at it without dismantling and said the whole thing needs to be replaced.

What replacement part would I need to stop a leak for Model 155-DST?

The leak is above the sink and appears to trickle at high output flow around the swivel gasket at the upper base of the faucet arm extension. See attached pictures.
Asked by: Mike
Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. Pictured is an older version of the 155-DST, the model 155-WF. This model has 2 replaceable o-rings that should stop your leak. The part number for the o-rings is RP37021. Here is a link to the parts breakdown to the model 155-WF to help with your repair. http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/155-wf.html?document=pd&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper Thanks, Dave

Hello...we purchased our house and this faucet was here already. The metal piece broke off in the one handed faucet..what is this part or do I have to replace the entire faucet? So the decorative handle doesn't stay in to turn the water in and off.

Asked by: Lena
Thank you for your question, Lena! The handle can be ordered separately as part number RP51464. If you are referring to the set screw that holds the handle to the stem of the valve assembly, this is included with the handle, or can be ordered alone as part number RP47666. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-K-155-DST.pdf Best regards, Edward

I am trying to replace part RP37022RB. I can not figure out how to remove the old bonnet, washer, retainer clip.

Asked by: KAT1
Hi, KAT1! Thank you for your question. There is not a way to remove this on the 155-RB-DST faucet. If you have the 155-RBWF faucet, the RP37022RB can be removed by unscrewing the bonnet around the spout counterclockwise. Best Regards, Rosanna

The sink drain rings in bottom of sink have discolored. They were Venetian Bronze but now are 1/2 silver. Can I buy just the drain rings?

Asked by: Holly
Hi Holly, Thank you for your question. The model 155-RB-DST faucet does not come with the sink drains. They would have to be purchased separately. Delta does not offer a sink strainer in the venetian bronze finish, yours must be from another manufacturer. Thanks, Dave

I have this faucet, but the home was built in 2006 so faucet is older.  The handle itself is leaking.  Do I need to replace the o-rings, or the cartridge at the top of handle assembly?  Also, the cartridge looks different than current part listed.

Asked by: TPN12
Hello TPN12, Thank you for your inquiry! Based on the age of your faucet, you have the Delta Victorian Kitchen 155-RBWF faucet model. You would want to replace the RP61 Cam assembly for your leaking issue. I have included this faucet Parts Diagram document link below. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/Models_155_156-WF.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Can this single off/on lever be repaired or replaced? Mine causes dripping. 155-RB-DST Kitchen

Asked by: Debbie72
Hi, Debbie72! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta 155-RB-DST. We recommend to clean the bottom puck on the valve cartridge assembly and retighten the bonnet nut to stop the leak. To do this, turn the water off at your shut off valve. Remove the handle. Unscrew the bonnet nut. Pull the valve cartridge out and clean the bottom puck on the valve cartridge assembly. Reinstall the valve cartridge assembly and retighten the bonnet by turning clockwise, to the right. Install the handle back on and turn the water back on. Test the faucet. If the faucet still leaks, we recommend to replace the valve cartridge assembly, RP50587. Best Regards, Rosanna

How to replace RP37021...

I have a leak similar to the two previous posts where you suggested replacing the part RP37021. What is the best way to replace this part without damaging the faucet? Does the whole faucet assembly need to be removed from the sink or can is be done while still mounted to the sink? Thanks!
Asked by: Em
Dear Em, Thank you for your question. The Delta Victorian Kitchen 155-SS-DST faucet, does not have the RP37021 install in it. The 155-WF would have the orings RP37021 install and the full spout would unscrew from the base (above the sink). Please refer to the part diagram documents below for a better view. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-K-155-DST.pdf https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/Models_155_156-WF.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Is there a way to just purchase the plastic holder inside the sleeve assembly

The sleeve assembly for my sink is fine but the small plastic piece that screws onto the top of the stem and holds the outside sleeve on has a one broken latch of the four that hold the sleeve in place. Is there a way to just get the plastic piece instead of the entire sleeve assembly?
Asked by: Jeff
Hi Jeff, Thank you for your question. The plastic piece inside the sleeve assembly is not available as a separate piece. The entire RP51479SS sleeve assembly would have to be replaced. Thanks, Dave
