Rated 4 out of 5 by from Victorian single handle kitchen faucet with spray I purchase is about 2 weeks ago and received it in the mail the directions were fine I installed it in about 1 hour. I was completely floored by how beautiful this unit was. However, I was very very upset that the sprayer was made of plastic. I did break a piece on it and customer service was exceptional and mail me the peace with no questions asked. I just wish in the description it would have been emphasized that everything is Chrome but the sprayer is plastic.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Spray gets stuck in the on position. I have had this faucet for about 8 years, recently the spray gets stuck on. It will eventually shut off but it is inconvenient. I can't find the replacement part list. Can I get a replacement spray or possible the parts to fix it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks As many have commented, the faucet leaks. I've had a plumber here several times over the years to fix what is obviously a structural problem within the faucet. Before long I will have paid for the faucet twice. Not only does it leak but the finish is not holding up well. I have tried everything I can think of too protect it to no avail. Definitely would not recommend this faucet. Shame, because it is lovely to look at.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faucet leaking issue I too have the same issue that many here mention. I have the model that swivels in the middle, as oppossed to the base, and it leaks whenever the faucet is turned on. I looked in the manual but cannot find a way to take it apart, as I was hoping there was just an o ring that went bad etc. Does anyone know a way to fix this leaking issue?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Water flow restrictors in faucet/sprayer make product barely functional Nice design, but low faucet flow even with largest 2.2gpm aerator or even aerator removed. The side sprayer is completely useless due to inadequate water flow to the point dishes can't be properly rinsed from food- Can't change sprayer aerator!!!!. All supply lines are sized too small. Internal passage machining seems to be to some arbitrary standard instead of what it needs to be to actually work. Previous faucet (from 1992) worked very well with excellent flow- so we can't blame water pressure. What is the solution- TWO FAUCETS? TWO SPRAYERS?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaking 155-SS-DST It is a nice looking faucet but like others on this site it developed a strong leak into the cabinet from the faucet stem. I purchased my home a year ago so I am not sure when it was installed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaking at the swivel I have the same problem as most of your reviews. The faucet is leaking at the swivel and it seems to be getting progressively worse.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks! We had this faucet installed when our kitchen was remodeled. At first all was fine, but we have the same leaking problem as all the other reviewers have experienced! We have hard water so the water leakage has left deposits on the stem of the faucet. As another reviewer mentioned, when we turn on the water the top of the faucet raises up 1-2mm which causes even more leakage. Very disappointed in this design. Now we're here on this site looking for a replacement! I gave the rating a 2-star as we've had this faucet since 2008 - and the leak started in 2015.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from We were thinking of replacing the swivel on off handle, but! We have the Victorian faucet, swivel handle and sprayer. The swivel handle leaks and thought because it's a few years old that we would replace it. After reading these reviews as late as May, 2017, the problem seems to still exist? My question is, has Delta corrected this problem and if not, very hesitant to purchase another? Sandra

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful design and finish, but leaking We have this Victorian Delta faucet model with side sprayer in stainless finish in our kitchen. We love the design and practicality of the side sprayer. It's been working great for some time; however, recently we had problems with sprayer and now we have a leak gushing out from underneath the actual faucet head every time we turn the faucet on. Overall, very nice product just disappointed with the leak.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product has good design lines Very pleased with our Delta taps. This is our second set. The design includes some good design improvements as well as installation simplification. All indications are that any on going maintenance will be easier to maintain. Overall - elegant with simple, clean lines.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaky vertical post I have the 155 and am having the same problem as so many others; the vertical faucet is leaking mid post. Hard to tell how to take this apart. The leaking section raises up approx. 1-2 mm when faucet is turned on. What can I do???

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaking at joints and lever as per other previous posts Leaking/quality so bad the vertical part of the spout raises up 1/2" then we have to push it back down! I tried to figure out how this comes apart assuming it is a seal/gasket/O ring issue, and couldn't. Looked at our manual which has a nice schematic breakdown with part numbers... but NO instructions on how to take it apart!?!? Tried pulling on the part that raises up but it stops. So we are dead in water, need Delta's help please.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great looking faucet, performance lacking This is a higher priced faucet that has performed poorly. The faucet leaks around the swivel; the sprayer and handle also leak. I noticed a response to another customer indicating that the faucet has been redesigned and the swivel moved up to eliminate this issue. Any suggestions to remedy this issue?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from beautiful product, great finish, leaky handle & faucet We've had this kitchen faucet for about 7 years and we would give it five stars across the board but both the handle and the faucet leak. After reading some of your customer's posts and your response I am assuming that you will be taking care of the problem and I would then give it five stars.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works well but... We purchased this about a month ago and it works well enough, but it's " bulky" looking and the components weren't aligned correctly during assembly causing it to have a slightly lopsided appearance. The costs associated with replacing it ( plumber, shipping to return, etc) are too great for us to just get another faucet. We are very unhappy and disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaking faucet/handle Evidently this has been redesigned in the last few years as the version I have swivels from the middle as opposed to the base. As a result both the faucet and the handle are both leaking and evidently there are not replacement parts available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! We've had this faucet for 5 years, along with the soap dispenser. There was an issue with a small chip on the finish. Delta has offered to replace the faucet. There was also a piece worn on the soap dispenser and they're replacing it. I appreciate a company that stands behind it's products! I will always be a Delta customer and encourage all others to be!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from size matters this is a very well made faucet compared to the big box store junk , but one draw back is the lengfthof the hot and cold water stem you alwas drip on the edge of the counter because it doesnt exten far enough over the sinks edge. Other thn that i would say if you like it then you should buy it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Faucet! We just installed this faucet this afternoon. It looks great and functions very well. The cold water, however, comes out with a slightly greater force than the hot water. Not sure why. I have had a bad faucet for so long that I can't actually believe that I have a working faucet. The finish is wonderful and does not seem to get messy with water marks or fingerprints. The "lever" on the sprayer is actually a button on the back side of the spray head. I am used to the old fashioned lever style. I'm sure I'll get used to it. The style of the faucet has given my kitchen a quick face lift. I have a four hole sink so I had to order a soap dispenser separately. Prices on this web site are better than anything I found on other sites, including the big box, national chain home store in my area. My old, tired faucet was a Delta, and I bought Delta again. It is a great company with reliable products, not to mention they offer a lifetime warranty!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful elegant brushed bronze kitchen faucet Arrived next day in perfect condition. Looks beautiful against cream colored enamel farmhouse sink. Works fabulous and is solid construction. Plumber installed easily and switched out sink drains and air gap to match. It was well worth the purchase. Very elegant and not 'oversized" so it doesn't overtake and looks perfect in our open kitchen.

I have a 155 dst faucet with side spray. I need to order and install a diverter tube. All I see on your site are tube clips. I really need the entire diverter assy.

Asked by: Craig Riha
Hello Craig, Thank you for your inquiry! The diverter assembly tube is not sold separately from the spout assembly. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-K-155-DST.pdf Best regards, Tanya

How to replace 2 o-ring on Delta Victorian 155-WF or 155-SS

Hello Delta, What is the trick to access or open a leaky Victorian single handle faucet spout that has 2 o-rings? I have purchased the 2 o-ring parts, and looked into the diagram, but unsure if there is a safe way to access the o-ring without forcing or destroying the faucet nice finish. The o-ring is the middle of the spout with swivel in the middle. I couldn't find any instructions anywhere including this web-site or youtube? Thanks so much for your support.
Asked by: Lenny
Hi Lenny, Thank you for your question. To remove the spout from your model 155 you will want to unscrew the bonnet(nut at the swivel joint) in a counter-clockwise direction. Once the bonnet is loosened the spout can be removed from the faucet by lifting up. This will give you acccess to replace the RP37021 o-rings . Here is a link to the parts breakdown of the model 155 to help with the repair. http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/155-wf.html?document=pd&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper Thanks, Dave

Can I use any of the sink's three holes for the spout, control lever and sprayer? Or must they be arranged as shown on your website, that is, from left to right: faucet, control lever, sprayer?

Asked by: Beth
Hello Beth, Thank you for your question. The Victorian Kitchen 155-DST faucet does not have to be installed exactly like the picture. It is the preference of the home owner or installer. Best regards, Tanya

I have a kitchen faucet DST 155 and needed an aerator adaptor. When I contacted Delta, I was told that part no RP51505 was the adaptor. Got it but can't get it in the faucet. Any idea how to get it to work

Asked by: Edna
Thank you for your inquiry, Edna! The aerator of the Delta Victorian Kitchen 155-DST faucet would need to be unscrewed from the end of the spout assembly, using the provided wrench tool. Then if you are installing a filter that installs directly onto the spout, you can use the RP51505 adapter to convert the spout threads to male 55/64"-27. The aerator and the adaptor should not be used together. Best regards, Tanya

I purchased a home with this faucet installed in the kitchen and the product works fine. But does Delta offer replacement option for the sprayer hose that is not plastic?

Asked by: TCAA
Hello TCAA, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, Delta does not manufacture any side/vegetable sprayer hose assemblies that are metal. Metal hoses would weight too much on the sprayer assembly and could cause damage or leakage. Best regards, Tanya

I don't find spec's for faucet material

What's the faucet constructed of? What's the sprayer material, metal or plastic?
Asked by: Rich
Hi Rich, Thank you for your question! Unlike our old style faucets, where the majority of the faucet body was made from brass bar stock and copper tubing, our new DST faucets have lead free (PEX-C) water ways, integral supply lines, non-corroding mounting, and a Diamond Seal cartridge seated on the integral PEX “puck” that houses all of our water management components. I have a Delta 155-DST faucet that is leaking when the water is first turned on. The leak is at the top of the faucet where it swivels from one side of the sink to the other side. Is there a part for this or does the entire faucet have to be replaced?

Asked by: Susan
Hi, We thank you for your question. I apologize for the leak that is occurring with your faucet. There are two versions of this faucet model. I've reached out to you via email to discuss this further. Please refer to my email for assistance. Best regards, Brandis
