How to replace RP37021...
I have a leak similar to the two previous posts where you suggested replacing the part RP37021. What is the best way to replace this part without damaging the faucet? Does the whole faucet assembly need to be removed from the sink or can is be done while still mounted to the sink?
Thank you for your question. The Delta Victorian Kitchen 155-SS-DST faucet, does not have the RP37021 install in it. The 155-WF would have the orings RP37021 install and the full spout would unscrew from the base (above the sink). Please refer to the part diagram documents below for a better view.

Is there a way to just purchase the plastic holder inside the sleeve assembly
The sleeve assembly for my sink is fine but the small plastic piece that screws onto the top of the stem and holds the outside sleeve on has a one broken latch of the four that hold the sleeve in place. Is there a way to just get the plastic piece instead of the entire sleeve assembly?
Hi Jeff, Thank you for your question. The plastic piece inside the sleeve assembly is not available as a separate piece. The entire RP51479SS sleeve assembly would have to be replaced.

What was the old model number for this item before DST came out?
I have the older version with the copper lines and am looking for the spec sheet and directions. Is that available somewhere?
Thank you for your question. The old model number is 155-SSWF.

I have a Single Handle Victorian Kitchen (the one with only one pipe coming out at the bottom, at the spigot) I have it out of the sink and would like to know how to pull it apart to change the "O" Rings. (RP37776)
Thank you for your question. The spout of the Delta Victorian Kitchen 155-SS-DST model is not designed to be taken apart. There are no replaceable internal o-rings or parts available for it. The RP37776 is a Thick Deck Mounting kit, not used with this "DST" model. Please feel free to call, email, or message us on social if there is anything else you need.

How to replace 2 o-ring on Delta Victorian 155-WF or 155-SS
What is the trick to access or open a leaky Victorian single handle faucet spout that has 2 o-rings? I have purchased the 2 o-ring parts, and looked into the diagram, but unsure if there is a safe way to access the o-ring without forcing or destroying the faucet nice finish. The o-ring is the middle of the spout with swivel in the middle.
I couldn't find any instructions anywhere including this web-site or youtube?
Thanks so much for your support.
Hi Lenny, Thank you for your question. To remove the spout from your model 155 you will want to unscrew the bonnet(nut at the swivel joint) in a counter-clockwise direction. Once the bonnet is loosened the spout can be removed from the faucet by lifting up. This will give you acccess to replace the RP37021 o-rings . Here is a link to the parts breakdown of the model 155 to help with the repair.
